Nate the Technician is always on time and professional. He always communicates with me to let me know he's on his way to what he's found, what's needs to be done, how's it going and how it went when he's done. He answers all my questions and I trust him in my house. He very knowledgeable and a good listener. I'm glad he's my tech and hope he stays my tech for years to come. I called for a second estimate on my furnace. Scott with Howard Air did a thorough check on my unit and found nothing the other company gave me the estimate on replacing. He was here for over an hour where as Hobaica was here for maybe 30 minutes at the most and came back with their diagnosis’ and an estimate of over $1100 to fix my furnace. After delays getting back to me , I called Howard and scheduled an appt for the next day. Sure glad I did. He explained everything in terms I could understand and his diagnosis’. Once again very thorough and completely satisfied and my furnace is now working. I will use Howard Air for all my furnace and air conditioning needs. Thanks Scott and Howard Air.

Installed swamp coolers on both houses and thermostats.
Was delayed by roofers and I appreciate putting up with that.
Putting 5 stars but I should put 4.75 stars as the cooler pumps never got mounted with screws as designed.

An absolutely amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They’ve done some great work at my salon. We had some things installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. They explained the issues until we fully understood them. The team even gave us a few different solutions that would help moving forward. I definitely felt that they gave us real solutions, and didn’t just push for the most expensive job they could find.

I enjoyed working with them so much I recommended them when my parents needed some AC work done too! They ditched Parker & Sons and called in the Airzona crew. They worked quickly and efficiently for my family as well. Overall this company has great work ethic. It’s nice to see a family company going above and beyond in the valley for its customers.

Have always had wonderful, professional service from Robert Lockwood. He has been my service guy since the beginning and is very knowledgeable of my system. I miss Jojo so much. She really had her act together. My experience with the new staff is lower than low. I was cancelled several times and finally, my appointment was not on time with the office. But for Robert, Iwould seek another company to take care of my system. Just don't think you should try to fix something that isn't broken.

We were extremely stressed with just buying a home and the AC unit wasn't working our first summer here. Velox was unbelievable! They were out that same day when other companies were over a week out and they also gave us a military discount which was greatly appreciated. They had our unit replaced in less than 24 hours and boy am I glad because it was 112 that week. They called just to check in and make sure we were still doing good. This is a family owned and operated company and I'll continue to give them my business for years to come.

My A/C unit was having a lot of difficulty keeping up with the summer heat and something seemed off. I had Green ID come in and do an energy audit which revealed poor insulation in my roof and leaky duct work attached to my A/C unit. They came back a couple of weeks later and replaced all the duct work and added spray-in insulation and the difference is night and day. Where my A/C wouldn't be able to cool the house to a temperature of less than 84 degrees in the middle of the day to comfortably holding at 79 all day long. Very glad I contacted them.
