We have been customers of Howard for many years. They've installed our units and serviced them and we've felt ourselves fortunate in that we've had no issues through the years. When the service people come on our checkups, they are clean and polite and happy to explain everything they are doing. We feel fortunate to be associated with such a reliable and friendly business and plan to stay with them forever.

Timely and professional work at a good price. Was needing a time pressed HVAC checkover to satisfy a home sale buyer request. Called after work and the techs were there before noon the next day. Would use again in a heartbeat vs. some of the bigger box AC outfits that are always advertising!

Goliath Mechanical is by far the best air conditioning team we have used yet. They were on time and very reliable!!!

Mick C. and Rodrigo A. were the techs that did the work. George Brazil set the appointment for 8:00 AM and they were here at that time. They placed protectors on the carpet and stairs. They then removed the old unit and placed it outside. I had just replaced the fan motor and requested they save it for me, which they did. Taking the new unit into the home they were very careful about the surrounding area. After the unit was replaced they gave me the paperwork and explained the unit and ask me if I had any questions, which they explained. I highly recommend Mick and Rodrigo for their knowledge and the way they do their work. Also recommend the professional attention I got from George Brazil inspectors. They told me what was wrong and what it would cost to repair the unit. No nickel and dime pricing and telling me what a great price they were giving me. Mick C and Rodrigo A are highly recommend for the work they do and the way they treated me .

This company and the owners (who actually do the work - wow how refreshing!!) are amazing, very fair price excellent thorough workmanship and kept in communication the whole time on my job. Replaced my roof top units with split mini ac units and also ran some ducting and returns in my commercial building. I had them do some residential units for me as well because I was so pleased with their work. I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience. I was pleased from the moment I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Victor. He was very pleasant and set me up not trying to hard sell me on a maintenance package right away assuring me that the technician would be the same way, telling me only what needed to be done and give recommendations for the future. He was right, Shawn, the technician who came out to do the AC maintenance, was very friendly. He also wore a mask and booties on his shoes in my home which I thought was very responsible and respectful. When he was finished, he told us how the inspection went and that everything was good for now and what he recommended for the future of our units along with the service plan that would fit our needs. The Best part was, he didn't pressure us to sign up for the plan at that moment, giving us time to think, which I very much like. I couldn't be happier and definitely recommend checking out Howard Air for your needs!
