Desert Diamond responded to our urgent call when our AC unit stopped working. It was late at night and their dispatch was full for the night. They offered to contact me first thing in the morning and at 5:45 AM I received a call from Cody (Mgr.) informing me that to tell me he was on his way with a 30-minute ETA. I verbally explained the issue and Cody quickly provided me with an assessment of what he believed was going to be the issue and what the cost to repair may be. He pointed out and complemented some of the work that was done at the AC unit unbeknownst to him by another HVAC provider. He had the AC up and running in less than 30 minutes. Cody was up front, honest, ethical, and extremely professional. A+++ rating to Cody and Desert Diamond Mechanical Heating and AC. Thank You!

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Warning! This contractor was hired by my new home builder as the AC system installer. The quality of work is extremely inferior and well below standard. They installed ductwork in my ceiling that was left out in the rain and was clearly ruined. The indoor air handler was not the correct model, the copper lines were the wrong size, and numerous areas of the air vents were incorrect, and the fresh air intake was installed in the back of filter box where the air will not be filtered. I saw the builder plans and they were not followed. I would avoid purchasing a new home if this is the qualified contractor. Zero stars was not an option, so they got one by default.

Jay is legitimate and straight forward. He was very honest and even showed me what he was doing, during the maintenance process. Jay did a full AC inspection and cleaned the AC coils and blower motor. AC is blowing stronger and colder and we are ready for the summer. Jay is not a large company, so this is your guy. What you see is what you get, honesty!! Also since he is not a large company there is not a 2 to 3 week wait on scheduling, at least not yet. Oh yeah and pricing is amazing. Call Dynamic today!

These guys haven’t missed a beat since installing my replacement unit. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Unit has only required service checks per agreement. Trane is lucky to have SMW installing their brand. Thanks!!
