James truly made me feel at ease about the state of my home. He is extremely knowledgeable and freely explains the issues and how to prevent or repair them in a way that is easy to understand. James is by far one of the best contractors I have dealt with. I trust his assessment because he was able to clearly outline the issues and let us know ways we could manage certain things ourselves. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would gladly recommend James to anyone who is even the slightest bit concerned they may have a foundation problem. If I need repair in the future, Concrete Repairman will be the company I use.
