Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. I love my new roof. This roofing company provided quality product and service. I have a FrenchTraditional style home , so my roof is enormous. His crew was very professional and efficient. Not only did they do a terrific job on the roof, but they cleaned up so I didn't have to come behind them to get everything in order. I chose the architectural tiles and they look tremendous! They really upgrade the appearance of my home. With all the rain we are having, I am so glad I have my new roof and don't have any worries about leaks or damage.

Brandon was courteous, punctual and knowledgeable about roofing. He was one of several bids I acquired to do a complete underlay replacement for a tile roof. The crew that came out was extremely competent, and worked well together. So much so, that many of our neighbors commented to me about the excellent job being done on our roof. Cleaned up every day, and even had a major night of rain during their work that they were thoroughly prepared for. They definitely achieved a five star result. Since this is a project where most of the cost is labor, I really appreciated that I was quoted only with premium materials, and options to upgrade from there. All of the other bids I received were using low cost products, and I had to ask for upgrades to get up to the product Brandon proposed as the baseline. Seems kind of silly to spend a lot of money and then use inferior products.

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!

I can only reiterate the many great things said about the team at Express Roofing and the job they performed. Like others have mentioned, I got a few estimates on a complete roofing repair job and though Rene was not the lowest bid, his professionalism and passion for preparing the job, executing the job, and documenting the job with routine updates was far better than anything I would have expected.
