Best Repair Job in Phoenix AZ

I had Nate and Sal out to my home today and they provided me with a ton of information. They really educated me on where I currently stood with my AC unit and gave helpful recommendations. I felt comfortable with them and glad they walked me through the whole process. Greatly appreciated!

We were very happy with the very quick response to have our heater fixed. The current model we had was 10 years old and we decided to replace and upgrade. Brandon L and Justin M were extremely professional, efficient and guaranteed we had all questions answered. It’s always a surprise having to spend additional money without notice however we know we made the right choice and with the right company. We are happy to have an upgraded AC/HEAT UNIT and glad to have good guys to call for any trouble we may have. Thank you!

Had some general maintenance completed to get ready for the summer.The service tech was very kind and smart!

Sun Tech replaced an old Samsung mini-split system which had died with a Mitsubishi unit. Installation was as scheduled and the technicians were timely and professional. After about 5 days, I noted the ac wasn’t cooling as I thought it had been. I notified them and they had technicians out that day. Turns out there was a Freon leak. They promptly reworked all fittings and recharged the unit. It has been working like a champ.
While I wish that rework wasn’t necessary, I was impressed with how they handled the situation. Things happen, but the measure of a company is how they address it.

We replaced all of the ducting in our house plus an new HVAC system using Howard Air. The project took about 5 days and there were multiple workers on the job during the 5 days of installation. All of the workers were exceptionally professional, hard working and competent. Jeff, Travis(Burr), Michael, Andrew, LT and others were a joy to have working in our home. We also added a small split system for another section of the house and again the installation was terrific. We can't say enough good things about the men who worked on the project and the finished product is all we hoped it would be. We also were impressed with Steven, the sales rep, and Tod the engineering design person. We highly recommend Howard Air if you want a good job performed by qualified personnel.

My ancient AC units finally died and I used Preferred Air to replace them. Everything was perfect! Always on time, always gave me a heads up when they were coming, 100% professional, extremely thorough, gave me lots of options, answered all of my questions, left everything clean and tidy. They really over delivered. So glad I chose them!

Dave the owner of the business called my Mom at 6:30 four months later after telling us he could temp unit and then prodded to keep his deadline for procuring the unit and then ended up ghosting us in the middle of summer with no ac. He then proceeded to call four months later extremely aggressive and fabricated a bill being owed. I express this enough don't use this company they are up to something Shady. All payment was requested to be in cash.

It's refreshing to come across a company that truly values its customers. Cooling Men is one such company. I had a great experience with their service, which was prompt, reliable, and efficient. Anselmo with Marlin Services was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He made it easy to understand what he was doing, why he was doing it and to understand what was going on with my unit. They put in my new system in the brutal heat in July ! My follow up maintenance has been good, they contacted me and very flexible with my schedule requests. Jeff technician is very knowledgeable. Always pleasant and takes his time to show me things when I ask question or will explain them so I understand if not able to show. Would recommend them bar none !

Scott was simply great. He came as promised within the hour after my call, found the fan on the AC unit had burned out motor and replaced it and got the unit working. All done within one hour after he arrived. This work was on the roof with temperature around 108F. This was on a Sunday afternoon about 4:00 pm.
I recommend Airforce1 to anyone who needs prompt response and good work done by one who is committed to good service.
