Best Repair Job in Phoenix AZ

Recently had Scott Roofing come out and look at a hole in my roof. Jeff gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions and he gave me his card, told me to call anytime if I needed. I also got the total cost and exactly what work would cover and about when the work would start. Very polite and knowledgeable.

We are out of state owners who engaged TSM Roofing to replace an entire roof on our rental property in Phoenix. I have nothing but the best things to say about this company. They were professional, easy to work with and sensitive to our requests for detailed documentation and photos that evidence the job performed. I would give zero but I can't. I had an appointment scheduled for more than a week out. It was to be between 9am and 10 am. I was in the shower at 8;50 when he was apparently at my house. I was downstairs at 9am and called the office at 10;05am only to learn that he had been here already. I had no messages or missed calls to let me know. Disgusting customer service!!! Is 8;50am between 9am and 10am to you???

From the initial quotation to the final post installation followup, everything was handled professionally and on time.

We worked with Hayden Hobbs, project manager. My husband and I were both very impressed with his professionalism. Our first meeting was very informative. He explained exactly how everything would work. He and his crew did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Hayden did all the work with our insurance company. This all came together in one week. We got a whole NEW ROOF. When the crew arrived in the morning ( very punctual) they got right to work. We could not believe it but by 5:00 pm they were cleaning up. They completely finished the roof in one day. Hayden was here to check things out. We could not be more pleased. BRAVO!!!!! EXCELLENT JOB! We would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I'm very satisfied with the way that Stapleton Roofing addressed the replacement of my roof. They were very professional and very timely, even though my shingles had to be ordered. Even though they weren't the least expensive, the finished job was worth the money spent. I would highly recommend them.

The completed product, completion of new roof was extremely well done. In fact my A/C person said this was the best roofing job that he had seen in over 40 years. Had Nextgen roofing reroof our house. Great company from the owner to the installers very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend them. If you need a new roof call Nextgen roofing.

They arrived at 6 am as scheduled and had the work completed and cleaned up before 11 am. They re-roofed half of my roof for solar. Great job, courteous and very competent.

The best ever. Had a leak that was from the gable vent so I sent a text to Augusto at 8:25 PM and he responded at 8:30 PM.
They were at my home the next day by 9:00 AM the next day after driving 80 miles for them and repaired vent.
Very good company to work with. The Best.

They came and did my repair for way less than expected and went an extra mile cleaning the gutter to make sure it was not blocked. I was super happy . Very respectful and professional
