We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. These guys are amazing! Jesus was able to fit me in in the same day even though it wasn't an emergency and was able to fix the issue even though they stopped selling parts for this model long ago. When it come to customer service they are great. However, their pricing is extremely absurd. They were unable to provide an itemized quote for a 30 gallon water heater replacement, but said it would be about $2,900. I ended up using a different company who provided an itemized quote and I only paid $1,400 for it. I don’t know their reasoning for such a high quote but I suggest you shop around before committing to their services.

Everyone one I spoke with was courteous and professional. Daniel, the technician arrived well ahead of schedule. He knew his craft and explained what he was doing and why. Answered my questions and gave me suggestions and options for my situation. Clean and neat appearance. Great service.

$80 service fee to come to our home + $1000 estimate to clear 4 drains that were running slow. We have been customers for years but costs are getting out of control compared with other mechanical & plumbing contractors in the area. Several other reputable contractors are more than willing to snake a drain for less than $100 per sink. I expected better service and pricing for customers that have spent upwards of $20k with Parker over the past few years.

I was very impressed with the sales and installation of my new AC/Heat pump, which was installed yesterday. I spoke to Ryan on Wednesday December 15th to discuss pricing and installation. Ryan was respectful, courteous and helpful in my decision. The unit was installed yesterday, December 17th by Jeremy who also was courteous and very knowledgeable of the product he was installing and answered all my questions plus did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. It’s awesome to find people like them in today’s world. I can’t say enough positive things about the company, Comfort Experts.
