Our AC was not cooling properly so we called our Home Appliance Warranty company. They sent out Adam from A.P.E.S. We have had horrible experiences with some companies sent out through our warranty. So we were expecting a battle. A.P.E.S came out the same day. We were given a 4 hour windows and received a message when the technician was an hour out. The technician, Adam, was professional, practiced social distancing, diagnosed and repaired the problem. No issues at all. He was also very friendly and my husband had a great time conversing with him. We are very happy with this company and recommend them for your future needs. We will definitely ask for them again. I have used Penguin Air for several years now and have constantly been impressed by the professionalism and integrity of the technicians. Today Nathan W. was my technician and the continued the trend of excellence. Unfortunately, my units needed to be replaced which is quite pricey and stressful. Nathan W. explained every step of the process and did not try to sell me things that weren't needed. His professionalism and honesty were reassuring to me during this process.Nathan W. is the reason that I continue to do business with Penguin when there are so many other choices. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are obviously important to Penguin because I consistently experience it from their technicians.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Our old a/c was barely working, so I gave Day & Night Air Conditioning a call. They were able to come out the same day for a consultation. I was already sure I wanted a new system, but they did an amazing job going over all my options. We got the new trane system installed next day and couldn't be happier with the whole process and outcome. Everyone was very friendly and informative throughout, and my house is now as cold as I want it. Very highly recommend going with Day & Night. You can find cheaper options but definitely not at the same quality.

Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

Save your sanity and go with Christian Brothers. I have used Patrick Riley for 10 yrs. They were great at first. These last 5 yrs have been such a terrible experience that we are not using them, even though we have 5 yrs left on our prepaid maintenance plan. They sold us and installed a Rudd hybrid water heater. It gave us problems for 3 years. Call after call after call. Their solution: buy another one that works better. We don't carry that manufacturer anymore. After showing them a piece that was ordered after the first breakdown. They charged me $400 to fix it. I had the piece for 3 yrs before the tech finally listened to me and fixed the problem. Same deal with the water softener we also purchased and had them installed. As for the maintenance work on the Hvac. There was a tech that left a mess in our attic and flooded our laundry room, due to his shoddy work. Another tech punctured the compressor in the AC unit.The schedulers are constantly rescheduling appointments. I also purchased an air scrubber from them. I needed a new bulb, made and appointment, after rescheduling multiple times, the techs showed up without it! It's been 14 days and I haven't received a call back regarding the bulb. I'm done, hate the company and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Christian Brothers is a better choice. They are upfront, honest and don't upsell you.

Julio is an excellent repairman in every way! Years ago I owned and rented 48 units under air, so believe me when I say I have seen a lot of repairmen. I always watched every repairman, as I also watched Julio check everything, yes everything, and work methodically to get my unit working again. He also did things I have never seen done before. He swept dust out of some areas of my unit! He also corrected work that a previous repairman(?) had done! Now I know why ProSkill is rated so highly. They have well-trained service men who excel at their work.

TERRIBLE!!! Charged me $345 for 15 minutes of work... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. ROBBERY!!!! Tested a gas line for the pool... 15 minutes...

First call made to request an estimate on repairing a large commercial 7.5hp ventilation fan. Was told the service manager would call me back. No response. Second call, they ask me who I spoke to(idk a csr person??) they check to see if they have any information on what I'm calling about... And then they get back to me and say they're sorry, they're not taking any new customers right now at this time of the year. It is only April it's been in the '80s barely '90s. This is Phoenix. Seriously.

Let me just start off by saying I’ve had no problems with this company. We used them for our plumbing services twice and they did a great job. The pipes are very old so I know it wasn’t easy. BUT! Please please please have your crew clean up their mess. They even acknowledged to my husband that they made a mess. The black sludge was in my tub (completely understandable) but also all over my floors, vanity, walls, toilet and oddly in a cabinet? They took everything out from underneath my sink and didn’t put it back. Just asking for some common courtesy to wipe things down. Over all a good company but needs to clean up after themselves.
