Exceeded expectations. Our AC went out last night and this morning I called several companies only to have a tech available the next day. I needed someone today and found that with Desert Diamond. They scheduled me within 4 hours of my call and then were able to come earlier due to a cancellation. Our technician, Nixa, was knowledgeable, personable and explained everything in detail. This company was wonderful to work with.

The customer service the lady in the office Mariana has is just the best! she was able to answer all my questions and explain to me everything that needed to be done to my ac unit and show me the diff cost of all the things.

Steve was our technician for our annual a/c tune up. We have an old unit and Steve was very thorough and explained what our options were and what might be the first to go on the unit. We have used Reeis for years and feel very comfortable with the information they provide.

I just had my annual checkup on a unit they installed last year. Last year, I selected Apex after consulting with about TWENTY other companies. Once again, I'm amazing at the thorough and professional service.

They show up when they're supposed to and do the job right the first time. The techs are professional and respectful.

I thought the checkup was going to be a 15 minute visit. They were here a while checking over everything. They also explained to me what they did and why.

I wanted to share my experience with everyone regarding my annual plumbing inspection from Patrick Riley Cooling Heating and Plumbing. The day before service date I received a call confirming the appointment and the time. I was told that I would receive a call when the service technician was on the way to my home. Gene, the service technician assigned to my appointment called and alerted me that he would be arriving at 8:00 AM which was the time I had requested. He was very professional yet very friendly and started my day off on a great note.He arrived on time and ready to get to work. He was Covid prepared wearing a mask which I appreciated. He and his partner (I didn’t get his name but a really great guy as well) completed the inspection and proceeded to explain what they recommended to make sure everything was 100%. I went ahead with the suggestion. They completed the work in a very timely manner.I’m was such a pleasure meeting them. Gene was just wonderful and a great asset to the company. The other gentleman was newer to the team but really seemed to be doing a great job as well.I would highly recommend this company and the technician (s) I had. It was a pleasure. I hope they are appreciated by their employer as great people are hard to find.

These folks are always timely and courteous. They have saved me a lot of money doing what they can to fix problems without spending more than necessary.

Derek is the best HVAC that I’ve ever come across, he is also very personable honest and will go above and beyond your expectations.

The service was great. When I called I spoke to Mindy and she was very pleasant and explained everything concerning my warranty and the service they provide. I was very impressed with Mindy and how informative she was. She was able to get somebody out the same day and found that they needed to replace my blower motor and do maintenance. The technician was very friendly and kept me up to date with status and issues along with pictures. Overall I was very satisfied from start to finish.

Eric is just the best, no one takes care of their customers better, he serviced my units for years, then led me through choosing the right units when replacement was needed, saved my thousands, and the new high efficiency units are still saving me money.

Nick was very professional and he gives you the best deal in The Valley. We are very thankful to have a reliable professional like Nick.

This is the second unit they have replaced on our house and once again ACA has provided service that was beyond excellent. Our installer Phil kept us informed of his progress the whole time he was here made sure we had no unanswered questions. Work was performed in a timely manner and when they left you couldn’t tell they had been here. Troy has assembled a very competent and professional staff and I would not hesitate to recommend ACA to anyone. If you would like to be treated with honesty and respect then ACA is the go-to company. Excellent service very helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend to any friend or family member Daniel was quick to come out and check out my AC problem!. He had a new unit installed by the next day! My AC was working within hours great service!
