good things about this company especially Alex and John! I had massive flooding from my guest bathroom and Hero Home Services were at my house in 30 minutes. Not only did they repair the toilet but they got another company out to my house within 30 minutes to start cleaning up all the water. I was so panicked with seeing all the water that I don't know what I would have done without Alex and John there to walk me through with their expertise. I will not use anyone else but them going forward and highly recommend !! Thank you Alex and John as well as the the awesome customer service rep Jannett who took our initial call and dispatched them out so fast! Customer Service , professionalism and expertise at its best ! Thank you all again !

THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR WALLET BUT NOT YOUR SEPTIC - I had Ajax out to pump my septic. They drained all the liquid in the tank and charged me $700. When I looked in the tank after the driver had left, there was a HUGE mass still in the tank. It was directly below the inlet. When I called, the woman in the office said it was my fault for not having a large enough opening. This would make sense if the mass was in the corner, but it was easily accessible by the pump operator. I feel like this is their MO because the lady got really nasty when I suggested that they didn't complete the job. They refused to come out and finish the job or provide any sort of refund :(

Have home on market, septic system required for sale. Called and set up an appointment 3 weeks later! Driver arrived hour later, when went to house next door, as I came out driver told me my water was turned off! Then he realized he was at wrong house1
1- took 20 min to decided to back into my back yard, but only next to house [ .42 acre of ground ]
2- runs 50= feet of hose around my pool to where septic is,, supposedly empty tank .
3 - supposedly does a WATER TEST and failed the system!
4- report says all good except for water test!
NO explanation , go to office, they where RUDE and unprofessional!
they have no idea what amount of water was ran for test! Water bill did NOT REFLECT a 1,000 gallons of water to refill tank and do a water test, NO CAMERA INSPECTION! $695 bill !
I FIND OUT THEY DID NOT DO A PROPER INSPECT< THEY WILL BE PAYING MORE THEN THEIR FEE!

6 weeks after COOPER'S INSPECTION
Had another company come out, to reinspect septic system. They dug up the access hole, used camera and FOUND my line from tank to leech pipe was about 85% collapsed. also found out that spare bathroom toilet wash over flowing.. They installed a pipe to extend above ground as to see if leech field was working as it was to the top of pipe. It was because main tank cover was not sealed, with over 4 of rain was running into septic, also from roof run off as well. If leech field shows to be ok in 2 weeks , they will replace the collaged pipe and give a PASSING report!
COST WAS $450, $245 cheaper the COOPER'S and done right!
Cooper owes me for the inspection part that was never done PERIOD!
checked first thing this morning, found water level down 2 ft. just over night!!

Mikey is AMAZING! He is very professional, attentive to details and gets the job done. He came out to our commercial property due to a clogged toilet. He made sure to have open communication with myself and the landlord. When our landlord was throwing us through the rings, Mikey had one goal, get the problem resolved! He even came back the next day after he couldn't continue due to building access restrictions to finish the job. When he located the problem he was already ready to move on to resolve out pipe issue. I love that he realized that he had fixed the issue so we could at least use the restroom but also told us an honest professional advice of the condition of our pipes. They were trashed!! We have had issues with our plumbing since we moved into our property and have had many plumber come out to fix it but never a long term fix or solution. Mikey is our hero and I hope he definitely felt that way when he walked in to everyone clapping and cheering him on. Saved us damsels in distress. Thank you Mikey!

I spoke to a couple of companies to obtain quotes for a pipe replacement and this one was the most responsive, best priced, and most importantly willing to fix any issues that came up, even after I already gave them the job and paid my deposit. For example, after completing the job, there was still some standing water in the kitchen sink. They agreed to dispatch a tech to get that fixed even though it was technically a separate issue from the pipe replacement. I also appreciated the fact that they had someone available to speak with me over the phone on my schedule (even late at night). I definitely recommend that you consider this company for your plumbing project!

BEWARE: Bought a house believing they had properly inspected and certified septic. Determined they never performed the complete service before I purchased house despite them billing the seller and providing the required transfer certification. They initially blamed it on a former employee they had fired and said they would make it right, but they have since refused to provide a letter accepting liability. Complaint being filed with ADEQ.
