Service was fantastic. The two guys I had out were very personable as I hung around while they worked. I just sat in the garage as they did their thing. Both opened up dialog with me based on observations within the garage. And when I would address them about a new subject they would not hesitate to respond openly. Very friendly unlike may others in the field. Not the typical, you stay in your house and just leave me alone. Your typical cold shoulder or a service repair worker was nonexistent. I only got Anthonys name but his apprentice, I was very pleased with too. If I could I would ask for them directly for my next service. @invatationhomes stick with this company for a servicer.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. I wish I didn't have to give 1 star for this company. DO NOT USE this company for any of your needs. My warranty company contracted with them due to my air conditioning unit going out. I received a phone call the morning of the appointment by the office manager and asked for an ETA because its 104 degrees today in AZ and really need someone to come out, and was told that they're hours are between 8am-5pm due to the technician being able to service each request. That should've been a red flag that they only have 1 tech. She took my credit card info to secure the appointment and I told her I would call back within an hour if I find another company to come out sooner. at 230pm I called Velox and the office manager put me on hold, then came back and said they received a comment from my warranty company to cancel since they couldn't come sooner. I called my warranty company and they confirmed that Velox had indeed cancelled this request 20 minutes before calling them. The office manager not once apologized to me. I literally have an email sent from Sarah the owner with Cheyenne's the office manager's info where it is stamped that they cancelled my request. If a company doesn't care about their customers, I don't trust them to fix anything when it comes to my home. I will NEVER endorse, refer or utilize this company in the future.

The Green ID team did a good job for me. I chose them as a listed contractor used by APS for Home Energy Assessments. I purchased my home a year ago and did not know much about the history of the house. I hoped the audit would point out areas where I could make improvements.

The overall audit did not come up with a huge annual savings for me, but the work done did greatly improve the comfort of the house. Besides additional insulation and sealing the duct work, they installed a radiant barrier along the roof slope and along the walls. Green ID also balanced the airflow in my home making the rooms that were warmer much more comfortable.

The Green ID crew were very polite and I hardly knew they were there. They cleaned up their mess each day (a two day job) and did a good job of sweeping up debris from their work. The crew was very good in trying to not inconvenience me.

My only complaint' is I was told by the salesperson that the crew would be there at 6:30 a.m. to get an early start on the job before it gets too hot. The person who called to remind me of the appointment gave me a different time. I told her what I was told originally. Bottom line is I got up hours earlier in order to be ready for them when they did show up, which turned out to be 9:00 a.m.

The installation process itself was a breeze, and I loved every moment of it. A1 Heating & llc team that came out to do the work was efficient and knowledgeable, and they made sure to answer all of my questions along the way. They took great care to ensure that the AC installation was done correctly, and I appreciated their attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be using this company for all of my future needs.

Chad was very professional, courteous, went right to work when he finished explained everything. Advised me I might want to install a quick start to extend the life of my air conditioner.

Driver cut me off and then followed me home. He then threatened me and waited outside my garage. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.
