Very pleased with my new AC unit. Mike came out to give us a quote. He was very informative with zero pressure. We had about five estimates from other companies and really felt good with Penguin Air.My unit was damaged at the warehouse prior to installation. They quickly located another new unit and were able to still install it on the day they promised. Communication was great between Penguin Air and I and that’s essential. The installers Sydney and Chris were great! Installation went well. Even the “cowboy” crane operator was awesome! They really coordinated their crew to make this all work out and we truly appreciate it. Thank you!!!

He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. We needed a plumber to fix our outside facets because they were leaking and flooding our yard. We called Amigo Rooter and Plumbing and they responded quickly. The gentleman who completed the work was knowledgeable and professional. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

I contacted Hobaica for help provide hot water more rapidly to bathrooms and kitchen. Their website has a nice video to explain a “flash hot water” system. From the first call to the office everyone was professional and welcoming. Tom was sent to our home to evaluate and estimate the situation. Both he and electrician Amer did the actual installation. All work was done on time, as promised and no mess.
Amer did additional evaluation of our electrical system and the voltage of the bathroom appliances such as a hair dryer & portable heater. He carefully explained how these appliances were causing overloaded circuits.
I am very happy with the services provided!

John Nunez was very friendly and professional. He did a great job checking our heating system and explaining what we needed to do to keep our system running efficiently. Unfortunately, Goettl’s prices are astronomical. We got 2 other quotes for the services and they were 1/2 of what Goettl was pricing us. John was wonderful, but we will no longer be using Goettl based on their costs.

D&N is now my go tofor home servicing! The service was great, a professional was sent right away. It was on a Saturday! This person was knowledgeable and diagnosed/fixed the leak under my sink quickly. The prices are very reasonable and my serviceman, Mr. Jacobe, was professional and nice. I've also used them for an A/C repair. Best of all, they don't try to sell you more than you need. Thank you Day & Night!!

I have used Lincoln Air to install new A/C’s for 4 of my group homes. They have also responded and repaired other units for me. The Lincoln Air team is always professional and the job is done right. These ratings are for the technician that I met with. Cody came to my home to give me a quote on a remodel project I needed plumbing for. He almost immediately gave me a feeling of confidence by the questions he asked and how personable he was with the conversation. He listened to the project and other aspects beyond the plumbing job to get a full understanding of the work that needed to be done before generating the estimate. While I did not end up going with ACE Home Services, I felt that Cody was 110% involved during the estimate process.

Update: Parker and Sons had not responded to my insurance despite multiple calls and emails. I was informed on 3/8 that Parker and Sons would follow up and not forget about the claim. To date they have not reached out or followed up. Another reason why I would not recommend them.Parker and Sons reconnected my garbage disposal and other plumbing under my kitchen sink after having new counters installed. The technician told me the garbage disposal wouldn't fit and I had to buy a slimmer version. What? They weren't redoing the plumbing, just reconnecting the old stuff. After some conversation I did purchase a new disposal and the plumber finished the job the following week. However he didn't connect one of the pipes correctly and I had a huge flood in my kitchen. Parker and Sons called out a restoration company to remediate the water damage. I was told to submit the claim to my insurance if I wanted the kitchen fixed faster, which I did. What I learned is that they were taking advantage of an elderly, naive woman. I should not have put the claim in. They will not reimburse me for the deductible or my insurance company for their expenses. We have been in subrogation for almost a year now. I would never use their services again, nor recommend to a friend.In the picture you can see a pipe in the back that doesn't have a cap installed. That is where all the water came out from.

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!

Truck #263 has parked in handicap parking spots before at our complex.I asked him if he knew it was handicapped ♿ and he stated yes I know, I'll move in a minute. There were 2 open parking places he could've parked in or beside the curb, but he opted for the handicapped spot. No regard for the ADA laws at all.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.
