I needed some paperwork from 2018 after my water damage happened. The great part was taking to an employee and getting what I needed when I needed it. The Desert Dry Restoration team is great. Had a wonderful experience last year with them. Since I am selling my home it made it easy to call them and get the paperwork I needed for my home sale. Thank you to the team!

Water Fighters Restoration painted the kitchen cabinets, entire main house and master bedroom, as well as put up composite fencing to hide my air conditioners and pool equipment. They also changed out all my lighting fixtures. They were courteous and professional. I hired them a second time with the same great results. I plan to use them again in the near future.

I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! I had a hot water pipe spring a leak. I was referred to this company by my insurance. Adam was my technician. Several blowers were needed to dry out the water damage. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my surroundings and me, and always arrived on time when he said he would arrive to check the blowers. A very professional company!

I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate this company. We had a flood back in May and went with a horrible company, the quality of work wasn’t professional and neither was the project manager. We had a second flood and went with our home owners insurance preferred vendor and that was Venturi. I was so scared to go through this process again but they put us at ease. Raul was our project manager and was wonderful with communication and making sure this rebuild was done in a timely manner. He came out and assessed the project, came again to deliver materials and did a walk through and will be back to do our final walk through. Our project has one more day scheduled to finish but I just had to share our positive experience. Thank you to Raul and your incredible crew for making this a home again. It looks beautiful.

Best company to deal with for any water damage or repairs

The company was professional. They protected the area they were working in with plastic so it doesn’t spread dust all over. But... They tear out Sheetrock out with no regard to how it’s going to have to be fixed. Ended up costing us more to fix their “ripping” down the drywall instead of cutting out sections.

We were amazed by the results we got from this flooring company, they replaced the flooring in our basement and it overhauled the whole look of our house. Great and affordable service too!

I had water damage in my home, Greg and Frank came out. They were extremely knowledgeable, quick and efficient.

I highly recommend this company in any clean-up situation, whether it is water or fire. The staff is highly knowledgeable and has an awesome work experience.

The whole crew at Restoration 1 of Phoenix was wonderful and extremely professional. Our hot water heater busted and flooded our garage a week before the scheduled delivery of our second child. Jose and the crew were quick to assess the water damage, immediately worked to remove the damaged drywall and began the drying process right away. I highly recommend this company for water damage and/or mold mitigation. Awesome service!

For your own sake, DO NOT use this company!!! Our insurance contracted with them for water/mold restoration in August of 2021. I still, over a year later, do not have a fully restored kitchen as they left one day and never returned. Ten months go by and we hear nothing from them. Suddenly we get a call and invoice from them, claiming that I signed a form that the work was completed to my satisfaction in 11/2021. How can that be when I still had workers at my house in Feb of 2022 and I still have work to this day that was not completed? Frustrating when all you want is to have your house put back to right after a burst pipe and you get nothing but headache upon headache.
EDIT: So after our initial review Belfor did reach out. We gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they did come back and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have to say that it makes a big difference who you deal with. The worker RJ that came out this time did a great job, was friendly, and professional. For the duration of the new work that was done, this time around, Belfor kept us updated and let us know what was going on every step of the way. If only we had this experience the first time around.

Working with them was wonderful! They were quick to mitigate any further disaster and responsive to all communication. They helped communicate with insurance and were so kind working while all my kids were home! They were so friendly and knowledgeable.
