Best Dry Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I'm looking forward to having this team perform a few deep cleanings on my house each month. Based on my personal interactions with the owner and employees, I would wholeheartedly advise hiring this business!

Kattie and Emma came and did not disappoint! They went above and beyond and made sure everything that I wanted to be done was taken care of, and taken care of well. They are also very personable, which is so important to me. This was the first time we have ever had someone clean our home and we are soooo pleased. We look forward to continuing our services through Valley’s Best Cleaners!

At one point we loved using Arizona Carpet and Tile Cleaning. The staff was nice, friendly and always showed a willingness to help! We had one technician come out (i do not remember his name) who did an AMAZING JOB!!! He got all the stains out and actually took his time cleaning. Jerimiah, the owner, is amazing!!!!!! So understanding and so nice. He never charged us for the times John had to go back and clean his mess.

Now the reason I am only giving 2 stars is because of a technician named JOHN. The first time he came out he was trying to over charge us and up charge us at the same time. Then he didn't even do a good job because the stains resurfaced (even stains that were not there before). When we called and spoke to the manager he said he would send him out again to fix it. So John came out and John was still complaining about the carpet and again the stains resurfaced in a matter of days. We did not want to feel like we were being a burden so we did not call again.

After that we let a few months pass and we were hoping to call to get a different technician (ANYBODY WOULD BE BETTER THAN JOHN) but when he showed up we were disappointed. He started with the complaining and he made it seem like all he wanted to do was knock this out and leave. It took him 25 min and he did such a bad job. All he could say was that he was happy he was done and complained about the old carpet. Low and behold the carpet looked bad after a couple of days.

We decided not to deal with him anymore until we moved out. We called and asked for someone other than him but he was the only one available. So he showed up complaining about having to be there and about how much he hated the carpet. The last time he goes and he burnt the carpet!! We called to complain and they sent him out again to fix it. John's exact words were I am not coming back here again. I'm serious I am not coming back here again!. Of course he did a horrible job yet again. We went with a new company and they did the job with no complaints and without the stains resurfacing!

I hate posting bad reviews but, in this case, it’s warranted.This was my first experience with OrganiCare and I was hoping to be a long term customer since it’s so conveniently located near my house.I picked up my dry cleaning today and didn’t double check to make sure all three items were intact. I got home, took the plastic off, and found an empty hanger between the first and third article of clothing with writing that read: “lost blouse, purple”The woman at the front desk didn’t bother to tell me they had lost my dress when I picked up my items today. I can’t help but feel that was intentional and now I don’t trust that it was an accident. You’ve had my clothes for three days. How exactly does a dress magically disappear in that time period? How do I know someone didn’t keep it? I want the money that I paid for that dress.

Bankers hours during Covid, only open until 5, while many other cleaners continue to be customer friendly and open regular hours.
4 shirts for dryclean, advised takes 48 hours- while other cleaners have 24 hour turnaround. Prices for wash and fold higher than others who have faster turnaround.

I think there a perfect for carpet cleaning and not all good with rug cleaning. They never gave their best on my rug but will try them next time if I have to clean my carpet.

A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

We are trying to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to the coronavirus; that is why we have been using All Pro Sanitize weekly to come to disinfect our service vehicles and offices. Andy and his team are great to work with since a lot of coordination is required with our service vehicle fleet. We highly recommend them to help keep yourself safe and to stop the spread of covid19.

Friends! Got my carpets and sectional cleaned today and they look amazing!!! Perfect time to get this done before the holidays . On top of these guys doing a fantastic job, they take 7% of their sales and give back to under privileged youth !! And they do commercial properties as well ! So pleased with the quality of their work ! Booking every 3 months moving forward !

Craig did a wonderful job cleaning my windows and gutters at my house. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I will use Paradise Window Cleaning again and will recommend to my friends and neighbors without hesitation!

Never thought I’d have to call them for services but glad I did they came in ready and prepared to assist my situation , crystal assessed and started the process right away , Cece was very friendly and efficient while working , and when I called to the office I spoke to 2 very awesome staff Gloria and Nina , very quick to answer any questions and how I was to proceed ,made the process a lot easier thanks .
