We had an issue with our washing machine hose being misplaced and had flooding throughout a good portion of our house. David came over within 24 hours, assessed the situation, provided knowledge, courtesy and help rectifying the situation with installing industrial fans. He also walked us through the process of how to detect moisture in the walls. Instructed us on the machines that he was using and how they worked. Nothing but great things to say about Paul Davis. We had a roof leak that caused the ceiling in our guest room to cave in. Our insurance adjuster immediately recommended Paul Davis and they were here in less than 2 hours (amazing as it was a huge storm with damage all over). They cleaned up the water damaged materials, set up fans and dehumidifiers, tarped our roof and made sure we we did not get any mold from the water. Michael Rodriguez was especially great, worked hard, was courteous and extremely professional. He stayed until almost 11 the first night to make sure things were right and called me each day until the equipment was removed. I elected to use Paul Davis for reconstruction as well and anticipate continued good experiences.
