We had a custom entertainment wall constructed by Water Fighters. We had a concept that included a stacked stone center, with linear fireplace and mantel. Two knotty alder cabinets on the sides and floating shelves with lights. The end result was better than we expected. Cesar and his crew were amazing. I would highly recommend Water Fighters, you won't be disappointed.

My daughter had a leak in her upstairs shower that wasn't discovered until water leaked through the wall and into the downstairs ceiling. Nick and his assistant, Bailey were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism and performance of their work was beyond compare. My daughter needed to work, so I had the pleasure of letting them in. Nick was outstanding in explaining every step in the process of their work. He went out of his way to provide the best service possible.

No one ever wants to have to deal with water damage. However when you have a responsive and professional team like 1800 water damage it makes things easier. As a property management company we have utilized Tom, Alicia and their team several times. They communicated, they avoided removing more materials than necessary. I highly recommend them

Our insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration after our roof leaked causing water damage in our house. David Bittner is the project manager and has been wonderful! The first time our roof leaked it seemed dry before anyone came out but then it leaked again and David came out right away and checked it himself. He also helped me find a great roofer as I was getting nowhere fast trying to find someone myself. He's been just wonderful to work with and all of his recommendations have been amazing people!!

Michael and Frank just finished the water mitigation in our home. My insurance company stated they would be there at 9:00 am. They were exactly on time! Their project lasted three days. They were professional, efficient, on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were very clear in setting my expectations and allowed me to plan as they were very punctual. I would highly recommend them.

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.

We have a home in downtown Cave Creek, built in the 1930s, and added on to by various owners. We completely restored/brought up-tp-code 5 years ago. We use this as a vacation rental, but due to Covid, our renters had canceled, and we have not been able to travel there ourselves. Neighbors and contracted services keep an eye on it, but two weeks ago, major flood throughout entire house caused by a burst main pipe coming into house. Our plumbing company recommended Restoration 1, and even called them for us. Brandy was there within an hour. She took pics, explained the seriousness of the situation, and walked up through the process of what needed to take place to prevent further damage, coordinated with insurance. The crew were there shortly afterwards. Jorge was team leader for the drying-out/demolition. He also communicated exactly what was going on every step of the way. This was reassuring, since we can’t be there and all floors, kitchen cabinets, vanities, and much drywall had to be removed. Communication was impeccable. This company works well with our plumbing company, and they’ve recommended a company to do the re-build. I hope that company is a as speedy and professional...Restoration 1 has set the standards almost impossibly high and they will be a hard act to follow. My deep appreciation goes out to Jorge and his crew: Mario, Jr., Peter, and Richie, as well as Brandy, and the owner, Darin (with whom I’ve not spoken with, but it is obvious he runs a top-notch operation).
