I called Water Damage Repair Cleanup Phoenix after a kitchen pipe busted and flooded 80% of my home. They were at my house in less than an hour with a three-man cleanup crew. They walked me through the whole process and completed the cleanup and demo extremely fast. I couldn't have asked for a better service under some trying circumstances.

Charles Conner with Service Master came to our house to dry out our upstairs shower after a leak into the downstairs shower. He was very professional, compassionate & helpful. I would highly recommend him & Service Master.

I would definitely use Arizona Fire & Water again. Caesar was on time, very polite, friendly and professional tech. I had water damage in my kitchen. Caesar did the installation to my wall, base boards and painted the kitchen. The work turned out GREAT! He replaced my wall that had to be ripped out due to the mold. Replacement looks like nothing ever happen to my kitchen and paint skill are good. No paint on my floor and clean up after he was done. Also, their field manager came out to follow-up making sure everything was okay, if tech needed any extra materials. This is a good company. I would definitely refer them to my friends.

What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

We suggest caution when considering Jenkins for smaller projects. The handling of the water damage initially from a small upstairs bathroom leak was above reproach. The restoration that followed to bring back the home back to what was status quo was a disaster. Frequent scheduling issues, need for multiple visits from particular subcontractors due to quality issues (identified by Jenkins final approval contractor), and the necessity of tile labor warranty 4 months after service was beyond frustrating. Even now, the subcontractor tile warrant work was only a patch for the problem and we are now paying out of pocket to fix the issue rather that deal with the team again. Perhaps for bigger projects there is more attention given...

I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. When our home had an unfortunate accident involving a flooding of sewage water Restoration 1 of Phoenix are the ones we called, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Every single person that we dealt with ensured that we understood what was going on and took the extra time to ensure that everything was done in a way that was best for us without regard to opportunities where they could have made some extra money. Brandy in the office checked in on us throughout the process and was an amazing help. The foreman John really took the time to make sure the job was done right and put the effort in to make sure we were happy with the work and he did an amazing job working around our schedule. Rick, one of the workers we saw the most, really did a consistently amazing job. Everything was done quickly, on our schedule, cleanly, and with our best interest in mind. It was unfortunate that we had a reason to call Restoration 1 of Phoenix, but I could not imagine that any other company could do a better job. Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street then stopped showing up for a week. Said they would show up at certain time and didn't show up about 6 time theought project. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

Update. Finished the project. Gave me mismatched shingles without a heads up. Not sure if this is standard but thought others might like to know. I understand the original shingles are faded but the base colors are different. This will not fade out and look better.
