AZ Fire & Water Restoration restored my kitchen ceiling. Their team took time to explain the processes, the approximate time to completion and follow up to resolution.
The team was prompt when returning calls. Mason, Tristan and Brad were knowledgeable and we're able to quickly come in, do their preparation and made certain to leave no questions unanswered. This company really works and communicates with each other, because, whenever I spoke with one team member, they were able to refer to conversations I had with previous team members.
Jose was prompt, prepared and had great skills. He made sure that my home was protected from debris. He was thorough and professional during the demolition and reconstruction of my ceiling. He did not rush through the process of getting the job done as he followed through each task. My home was perfectly clean when the ceiling was complete.
I have to add a shout out to AZ Fire & Water Restoration's Accounts Receivable associate, Sasha. She is the most calm, confident helpful person. Sasha is able to communicate how the payment process works and is efficient in following up with phone calls and emails. I have never had restoration work done before this incident in my kitchen.

Lee and the Rocky Mountain team helped me through a super stressful ordeal of my second floor showers leaking into my first floor . Patrick since the beginning of the process guided me on the insurance process and set expectations and lee quickly did a final walk through and removal of the drying fans ! Thank you guys

We came home from vacation to find a toilet leaked all week. We called 1-800-Water Damage and they came out within a couple hours and helped get our home dried out. Nolan was very helpful and professional. Would recommend them to a friend and will use them again if we ever need this type of service again, hopefully not :)

Rare these days that a company gives you such a value. Although I didn’t end up needing anything major, they came and reassured me of things at no cost. Venturi was contracted by our insurance company to repair interior damage from a roof leak from storm damage. Arrangements were made for painting in as timely a manner as was possible, since interior and exterior repairs needed to be coordinated. The painting crew assigned to us was quite poor. They did not cover our furnishings well and we found numerous spots of paint on our furniture, flooring, and appliances. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Would not recommend.

If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, this is the company I'll call.

Originally came out to do some drying from a flood. They didn't remove baseboards, pulled the fans after less than 24hrs when water was still coming out from the floors. When they came back over a week later for demo they refused to do the work in my kitchen because my water heater installer was going to do the work where my hotwater tank was. If you're not having us do all the work were not doing it at all Strange coming from a company that literally told me we're not cheap as we charge insurance claim prices If your insurance company tries to use them ask for a different company.

I would use this roofing contractor again without having to think twice about it. They do exceptional work and they didn't go over the budget either, they were also very attentive in answering my questions.
