They seriously damaged the paint on my wall during cleaning and didn't provide the main service I requested. The scheduler didn't pay any attention to what I asked for (my main concern was getting a cabinet touched up). My project was to clean up after a small stove-top fire. So when viewing my quote I thought cabinet pain touchup was included and was extremely disappointed to find out from the technicians that this work would be from a completely different division. The quote was much too high considering the size of the job without touching up the cabinet. The scheduler paid no attention at all to what I needed, same for the inspector. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they misdirect you and don't care about doing a good job.

Quick response, excellent workmanship, professional behavior of all staff both office and field members, cleanliness etc. are some of the things that stand out in my mind.
The PM David was responsive and made sure that the delivery of work is perfect. I appreciate the temporary enablement that was made for the toilet so that we can continue to use it which was very helpful.
9 out of 10 because of the delay in work between drywall work completion to the remainder of the tile and carpet work, which took nearly 2 months to progress. I understand the underlying issues on both sides. I had a flood in my house because a couple of pipes burst so WMF came out very quickly and they were at my home for about five hours to get everything set up. They were good as it can be when your house floods and they came every day until we are satisfied. They were super nice. Everything was great.
