I would definitely use Arizona Fire & Water again. Caesar was on time, very polite, friendly and professional tech. I had water damage in my kitchen. Caesar did the installation to my wall, base boards and painted the kitchen. The work turned out GREAT! He replaced my wall that had to be ripped out due to the mold. Replacement looks like nothing ever happen to my kitchen and paint skill are good. No paint on my floor and clean up after he was done. Also, their field manager came out to follow-up making sure everything was okay, if tech needed any extra materials. This is a good company. I would definitely refer them to my friends.

Had the best workers sent out and were able to get the job done as prompt as possible thank you crystal and cece these ladies were sent out to inspect seen the issue and made sure it was done and treated correctly so I would no longer have issues in my home love the professionalism

1-800 Water Damage is the only water damage mitigation and remediation company that I will ever use or recommend! They responded within 60 minutes of my call. When they arrived, they had all of the equipment they needed...no trips back to the shop! They were extremely respectful and very professional at every step of the process. I would really rank them as a 10 (STARS)!

Everette did a great job at drying everything out. Got roof and patio covered well too. Only problem was when he cut ceiling open and all the insulation fell out he could of sealed the area off before hand due to insulation getting everywhere. I had to wash down all counters and surfaces in the kitchen and living room when he was done. Plus rewash all my dishes that was in the strainer drying. Just don't realize how it travels through the air. He was very polite and when i needed him to come back he made arrangements quickly.

Highly recommend. We had a slow leak under our sink that were didn’t know about. Once we discovered it there was a good amount of damage. Eric worked with our remodel contractor to ensure our quartz countertop and farmhouse sink weren’t destroyed in the process of taking things apart to get to the damage. The work they did was professional, clean and neat. I have a lot of confidence our contractor will easily be able to restore our kitchen due to their great work. Of course, they also got rid of and treated for mold and got everything dried out. They covered our hard floors too so they weren’t ruined. All in all for what was a terrible situation, they made us feel like they really cared not only about the job but also about my kitchen and for us personally. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need this kind of service.

Restoration 1 was an excellent mitigation company to work with during a difficult time. I cannot say enough goods things about their response and the care they take in getting your house dried out. Within two hours of our initial meeting they had people out installing air movers and dehumidifiers to begin the dry out process. They worked efficiently to remove damaged drywall, carpet and baseboards. And on top of all that they did not leave a mess behind - once they were done removing the damaged items they cleaned up behind themselves.
I highly recommend this company for any of your mitigation needs - they are responsive, professional and care about the state of your home.

Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. I definitely recommend the Phoenix Belfor office for your restorations. When it was time to sign papers and handle insurance Juan took charge and we had no stress or hesitation to sign we were pleased with the job that was done. DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

I had a broken pipe under my sink in December. ASAP was able to send a team out within hours to start water mitigation. I continued working with them for restoration, and their price was fair for the scope of the work. While there were some delays that occurred as a result of the pandemic, and some unique issues with the project, the owner, Josh, was very responsive and worked to address any and all issues. I am happy with the way the project turned out and would consider working with them again, but hope to avoid any more broken pipes!

We were out of town when our pipe burst, flooding our home. We called ASAP Water Damage Restoration, and they were there on time. Kareem and Mohammed were able to clean and restore the damage quickly and professionally and finish well within the quoted time frame. Thank you guys!
