At the house of where a tenant was living, the ceiling started leaking water and I sent in a handyman to look at it. Hours later he tells me that there's something wrong with the air handler and the area is flooded. He told me that he knows someone that he can refer me to that fixes this type of problems.

I am just glad he referred me to these guys with experience! Brandon and Cesar would take this task off my hands and update me from start to finish with the progress. All I needed to do was to file the claim through the insurance and they would take care of the rest. I am also glad that everything was done electronically alas 21st century.

We were strung along for 3 months with very little to no communication. We were lied to about a permit delay (was never actually requested). They sent paperwork asking for payment because admin thought the project was almost complete and work still hasn't been started. Today we received a call that the foreman quit awhile ago and they can't do the work. They blamed COVID, but COVID doesn't mean you can't be honest and return a phone call. Zero follow through, zero transparency- many unreturned calls and not one minute of work on the house.

Jenkins Restorations was contracted by my insurance agency to help me with re-build my kitchen after flood damage from a leak. Everett Sandoval was my main point of contact at Jenkins and he was a pleasure to work with. He was promptly available any time I had a question, showed up at each step of the way to audit and inspect his crews' work quality, and generally was about as helpful as I could imagine a superintendent being. My kitchen restoration is complete and it looks absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased with the outcome and I will definitely keep Everett's contact for the next time I need home remodeling work done. Do not use Jeff Jackson HR and owner of all care restoration located at peoria location. They mess with my home loan application lender denied my home loan because they wanted to retaliate against there former employee and didn’t want to send a voe. Katherine ely is an awful person how she treats ppl and doesn’t care about what pettiness and holding grudges can cause. I can’t wait to mention the united states department of labor has to say. Service master corporate and nice fat law suit for affecting my life and my children lives. Shame on them for being a grown adults and owning there own service master franchise. They really give Service Master a bad name and reputation

My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.

All I know is I have never used this company in my life but they suredid bleed my credit card dry!!!!! Hundreds of dollars everyday!!!

Eric and Cameron were a delight to have in our home. Eric is very friendly and goes above and beyond. They did a great job with our initial water damage repairs so we hired them to paint our cabinets as well. Everything turned out great and we’d hire them again if we needed to!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! To cover everything that went wrong in the 5 month it took Belfor to replace my living room/kitchen floors (even though the actually replacement done by a subcontractor took 1 day!!) would take too long, but here are the highlights of the experience I had:
- Belfor misquoted the flooring price to the insurance, as they used prices from 2021, so we had to go back and submit another estimate.
- They constantly did not follow up and left me in the dark on what was going on
- Blamed delays on the insurance, when I had emails from the insurance stating exactly when they had tried to contact Belfor and nothing was followed up on again by Belfor
- Blatantly lied to me about who did what when I had records of everything
- Belfor staff said they will call me and never did even after multiple attempts to speak with my case manager
-Belfor staff came to the house to pick up a floor tile that was damaged to find comparable new flooring, but never took the sample, so they had to come back. They also came several times to measure.
- Belfor staff came to my home to look at new flooring samples, but failed to bring the samples.
-Belfor staff send me paperwork that they are putting a lien on my house, before they had ever started any work
- I was not given a final invoice, yet was pushed to sign off on the work and sign that I will pay the final bill even though I had none.
-The absolute highlight however was that when I finally got my bill they added my deductible as a billed item. WHAT?? They billed me directly and did not deal with my insurance on the payment at all, so why would they add $2000 to my bill as a charged item? I am just glad I caught it, as I can only imagine all the other customers they try to do that to, who are not as diligent and just pay they bill.

They were fast to respond and got it done quickly too.

Called and had questions pertaining to swimming pools which they do not restore. Josh called me back, listened and gave me excellent advise and suggested another company that would better help with my situation. Although I did not use their services I would highly recommend AZAP Restoration. Thanks again Josh!

Saying Ryan's team provided a great experience for a less than ideal situation would be an understatement. They were able to come out on short notice, quoted me _FAR_ less than a competing company, and saved me potentially thousands of dollars in repairs. Bob and Chris were extremely professional, wore proper PPE while in my residence and were clearly competent on the subject matter. I always felt that they genuinely cared and had my best interest for the course of action they described. They turned a potential nightmare into at most a temporary inconvenience. Really appreciate what Square One was able to do for me and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

He will start and complete the job with kindness understanding, if we have any more issues we know whom to go with, Bright Home with out a problem.
