Water Damage Repair Cleanup Phoenix did a great job on our wet bathroom. They were prompt and professional and finished the job to completion.

The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the like it never even happened to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

The entire team was very professional. They communicated throughout the entire process and never left me wondering about the next step. I'd recommend this company to anyone dealing with water damage.

After searching all day for an emergency company who could help me fix my leaking toilet I decided to go with this company. They came out here in less than 30 minutes and took care of the damage right away. My insurance company paid them directly. They put my house back together the same week and my problems were solved. All of the reps who we worked with were so informative. Someone called right away to walk us through the process. Caleb came out initially and Markell came to finalize the process and remove the equipment. Several others stopped by throughout. Each rep made sure that we knew the status and told us that we could call 24/7. We enjoyed working with the entire team. They made an unfortunate event bearable.

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

We are seasonal and we’re not even on the scene when they begin remediation. Once I arrived, they had a coordinator in place and guided me through their operations. They performed everything they said they would.

Originally came out to do some drying from a flood. They didn't remove baseboards, pulled the fans after less than 24hrs when water was still coming out from the floors. When they came back over a week later for demo they refused to do the work in my kitchen because my water heater installer was going to do the work where my hotwater tank was. If you're not having us do all the work were not doing it at all Strange coming from a company that literally told me we're not cheap as we charge insurance claim prices If your insurance company tries to use them ask for a different company.

We had a valve break in our bathroom. Waking up to 5” of water. I called AMPM and they were right there. They came in and knew just what to do. We didn’t have to worry about anything they handled I️t from beginning to end. They helped with assisting us with our insurance company and took lots of photos. Their technicians were very knowledgeable , respectful, and understanding. This is huge when your world has been turned upside down. Thanks Guys

BOR was very professional, right on time, friendly, skilled, and thorough. I had water damage from a leaking water heater and they did an outstanding job making sure every speck of mold was removed and all drywall, baseboards, and paint were restored. It looks better than it did originally now. Would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.
