We had a slab leak that led to removal of our island. Jacob anwered and came out quick to answer any questions and see what needed to be done. Charles and his crew came out to remove our island and were super informative and knowledgeable about the process since we had to go thru home insurance. They were super friendly, helpful, courteous and left my house cleaner than when they started. We chose them based on their reviews and we are so happy we chose them. No one wants to discover a leak but if you do, this team is awesome!!

Fast service and here within an hour of when we called. Thanks to Bob and Troy, fans and dehumidifiers are running to dry things out!

We came home from a long weekend out of town to find that the water heater had leaked into the bedrooms, laundry room and hallway that backed the garage. We quickly called our insurance company to report the issue and they gave us a few companies to call for the water damage. SERVPRO was not on their list, but we had used them in the past and had great results. So we called SERVPRO and quickly got a call back from them. They came out right away to access the damage and start the recovery. Paul and Dustin were great and always kept us in the loop with the progression of the removal of baseboards/wallboard, drying of the walls, etc. Everyone was polite and worked cleanly. The staff at the office was very helpful, polite and really seemed to care. They truly made a not so good situation less stressful for us. We appreciate everything they did.

I was extremely pleased with the way Service Master handled my restoration. From start to finish everything was done extremely professionally, proficiently, & meticulously. Two members of the team- lead Charles Stratton and Kevin Lopez went above and beyond. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing, that they enjoy what they do, and that they cared about me as a client- beyond what I've experienced from other professionals in this- or any other field. I've had experiences with other restoration companies- some awful- but none quite like this- I highly recommend Service Master to anyone & everyone- as far as I and my insurance company are concerned they are by far the best restoration company out there.

Bob Miller, project manager, headed up our restoration. After a major flood through out our home from the condo unit above us, he brought in teams of well-trained, experienced workers to complete the restoration. Lawrence, Sr. and his team was enlisted to patch, tape, and paint our walls. The holes were imperceptible upon completion. The walls were perfect, once painted. After new carpet was rolled out, the cleaning crew arrived. Six months of mold and mildew residue, construction dust, and debris from work crews disappeared. The black asphalt and tar that was tracked in on our tile and grout for the previous six months was steamed off by Frank and Greg in half a day. The results were astonishing! Frankie arranged for a textile crew to assist with curtains. Everything was well-coordinated. While the process of remediation, restoration, and renovation takes what seems to be an agonizingly long time, everyone at AZ Fire &Water was understanding, helpful, empathetic, and invested themselves in the projects. Many of them are victims of disaster loss, as well, and identify with what you're going through. Got a kick out of Judith and Jorday--they will even help you with your computer!

Rocky Mountain Restoration was very fast, efficient, knowledgable and very friendly. Lee, Alex and Logan were very nice to work with.

Had do to some water mitigation and this company was out within a few hours. Jordan and Miguel were very professional and did a great job. Appreciate the clear communication throughout the process.

Our home inspector discovered a water line leak that had flooded our 6,000 sq ft home. Within 30 minutes of discovery and our call to him, Robert had cleanup people on site. He immediately pulled workers from other jobs and began water cleanup. His crew(s) worked countless hours on a huge job including working over the weekend.
Robert was a godsend. My wife and I were 1,000 miles away and in absolute shock. Robert settled our anxiety on a daily basis while answering our questions and proving us with a steady stream of information and photos. Robert was highly competent and very sympathetic.

They were prompt to inspect the site and provide a competitive estimate. They communicated well, outlined the process, started on time, and completed the job quickly. They were also willing to work with my special requests. They followed up in the days afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. In summary, would use them again for damage recovery (though I hope this is not for a long time!).
