The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the like it never even happened to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

I had Hugo and Eric come out to repair some drywall from a plumbing repair I had performed a week prior. Hugo texted me as soon as the plumbers had finished and came out to meet me and assess the repair. He scheduled the repair for a couple of days later. He and Eric showed up on time the day of and Eric managed to finish everything in one day. I would highly recommend.

There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

Eric and Cameron did an amazing and quick job with our water damage problems we had in our condo from the upstairs unit. This company has been amazingly helpful during the insurance process. My adjusters were kind of a nightmare but they were right there helping me the entire time. Brandy came out to my home first and assessed what was needed. I felt comfortable with her. I had one other company come before her that I just had a gut instinct on. So I went with this company and I’m so glad I did. John, the project manager was very helpful. Darrin the owner also was helpful. And the crew was very professional. They did the tear out of my bathroom yesterday. They came back today to get all of their machinery. Each time they were on time. Each time they communicated effectively. Each time they showed up ready to do what they were going to do and checked in with me. It’s hard to find contractors that do those things. Thank you for all your help.

Working with them was wonderful! They were quick to mitigate any further disaster and responsive to all communication. They helped communicate with insurance and were so kind working while all my kids were home! They were so friendly and knowledgeable.

The team from Square One Restoration was knowledgeable, experienced, kind, hard-working, and professional. We were grateful for their help navigating insurance procedures and figuring out the best way forward along the way. Ken and his team did an awesome job putting my condo back together after water damage this summer. The whole place looks great and floors look awesome!

This company is not reliable. They were hired to dry out areas that were water damaged. After their amateur attempt to dry out the area, we were told it was dry and safe to drywall. Even after being paid, the water was never cleaned up or dried and they left a mess for us to clean up. They moved items on top of puddles, leaving items to rust! The walls were not dried out which caused the brand new dry wall to stain and eventually need replaced again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were repeatedly lied to and their employees no showed on several occasions.

We had a leak caused by a faulty plumbing repair that flooded our main floor and basement overnight. Quick Restore responded to our request for assistance within an hour, and even identified and stopped the leak. That same day they removed all the saturated dry wall, baseboards, cabinetry, tile, etc and set up fans, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers throughout the affected areas. They had a crew come by daily to perform moisture testing and continue remediation work. Chase worked with our insurance company to estimate the damages and the cost of repairs, and identified numerous costs that I am very confident that an insurance-company-referred estimator would have overlooked or that I wouldn't have even known to consider until I was taking cash out of my own pocket. I am very pleased with the work performed. Hope we never have an event like this again, but if we do I know who I'm calling.

The young man who did our carpets did a great job but it was way too expensive. I had a 1/2 price coupon and it was still $125. for our little trailer. $250. would have been full price and totally rediculous.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. We were able to continue our party and they took care of the water and mess. What a true team!
