Phoenix Roofing has been a great experience for us. From sales to installation experts, the service was professional yet personable. Not easy to find these days. We have referred them to our friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

Power installed 18 windows, a basement door and a patio door. The work was done to perfection even in snowy 20 degree weather. All the installers were professional. They cleaned everything up perfectly.

Used the Handyman Connection today for the first time. Our handyman was Rob who was excellent. He was professional, showed up early, finished the job under budget and in less time than he originally said it would take. I mean really? He must not have received the contractor hand book (show up late, under bid and under deliver while being rude). Couldn't be happier and we will be requesting Rob in the future.

Our job was a simple drywall patch but it covered a large area and he managed to match the existing texture perfectly.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
