I am so pleased with this company only one since moving to Arizona 4 years ago consistently does a great job. I had first done a built in desk with file cabinets and a wall unit behind (so classy) then a mud room ,my wife had a shoe rack, and finally a complete closet done like a pro looks beautiful. We are very pleased with our new garage cabinets. Jake and his team were great to work with. And the quality of the product is better than any other garage cabinet that I’ve ever purchased.

I called about having a closet built in April and the sales person came to my house on April 12 I made a purchase of a new Closet and paid in full at that time. In May a house became available in a neighborhood that I’ve been wanting to purchase in for years I ended up buying a new home and moving into it so there was no longer a need for a new closet at the previous home. I called and texted on June 10 stating that I was moving and the sales person told me they would get back to me and never followed back up until today. I left voice messages in between the 10th and this time. When they finally responded today they said they were willing to refund half of my money because my closet was already built. I can’t help but wonder if the closet was built before I first called on June 10 or was it built during the last two weeks when I left messages with no response. I do think I should be responsible for the cost of the materials and the time that it took to be put together but to charge me $3500 for some particleboard is not at all professional and to not respond to my request to cancel for over 14 days it’s not professional either I highly recommend using a different company I would suggest finding someone That is as communicative after the sale as they are before the sale.

Great people doing great work! Very happy with the work they did in our kitchen and bathroom. Had a little hiccup with one of the end panels but they kept coming back until it was fixed. Highly recommend Garth, Rhonda and Kitchen Tune-Up!!
