Doan Restoration appeared at a very difficult time for me. My house had suddenly flooded by an overhead fire sprinkler. The whole team has been very professional, and courteous. Wes helped me by recommending content removers, a contractor, and art restorers as well. He was very knowledgeable and has good connections and experience. He was familiar with my insurance adjuster as well. Michael and his team were
doing a good job and keeping the house and walkways clean.

I would definitely use serv pro in the future and refer friends and family. The crew was friendly and professional. Jeff took time out to thoroughly explain the process to me and keep me apprised at each step of what to expect. Which was nice as i was worried about the demolition. All in all a great experience.

Arrived at my home less then a hour after my flood they helped me get in and out my home safely and took control of the flood. I Felt so stressed before their arrival and when they left I had complete relaxation and knowing that my home was in good hands. Definitely will be calling again if emergency comes up!

Jenkins Restoration did a great job drying out our water damage and preventing mold. We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. They got out immediately and got to business. Everette and Caleb were there every day for a week checking on everything to be sure it was drying properly. my sister and I are very disappointed with the work that was done at my mothers home

They seriously damaged the paint on my wall during cleaning and didn't provide the main service I requested. The scheduler didn't pay any attention to what I asked for (my main concern was getting a cabinet touched up). My project was to clean up after a small stove-top fire. So when viewing my quote I thought cabinet pain touchup was included and was extremely disappointed to find out from the technicians that this work would be from a completely different division. The quote was much too high considering the size of the job without touching up the cabinet. The scheduler paid no attention at all to what I needed, same for the inspector. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they misdirect you and don't care about doing a good job.

The power in our neighborhood went out for some time on one of the days they were working. This didn't stop the process, they used a generator to keep going. Thank you!

We recently moved in to our house, and one of the first items on our list was to replace two picture windows with windows that open. When the glass company was replacing the second of the windows, they found mold and rot in the wall. A local religious organization I’m in maintains a list of recommended contractors. AM/PM was on the list, and when I googled them, I was astounded to see that a contractor got such good reviews. I booked them immediately - and I’m here to add one more. They’ve been communicative, responding immediately over email, and have done excellent, precise work. When they fell behind on the timeline because one of their workers didn’t come in one day, they offered to work over the weekend to make it up. Our project lead even offered to drive over and show me tile samples because I wasn’t understanding the type that was needed for the shower floor. Who does that? They also worked seamlessly with our homeowners insurance company. I’m still in awe that this has been such a smooth experience. I recommend them without reservation.

Despite some unforeseen delays because of asbestos testing he was able to complete our project in a timely manner. Great prices, great dude 10/10 would use again.

When I called Square One I spoke with Ryan (Owner) who was very polite and knowledgeable. I explained my mothers home received water damage a few days ago and the carpet is now starting to smell. He stated he cold come over that afternoon! He and his assistant surveyed the damage the first hour and explained the water damage to the carpet, pad, base boards and drywall. They brought in equipment to dehumidify and dry out the home. Five hours later my mother called me to say they just left and they were very polite, quite, respectful of her property and the house smells good again! I have nothing but good things to say about Square One and Ryan. I recommend them to anyone who need home restoration services!
