They do it all! Commercial, residential and industrial water removal and clean up services. They helped my apartment complex out with multiple units that had been badly damaged. They did it all. This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!

They would not sign the proper paperwork for the mortgage company so they repairs to my house could start. Even after repeated calls and email from me. They finally signed the right paperwork after I threatened to go to the insurance company and insurance adjustor. By them not signing the proper paperwork it caused a month and a half delay in getting my house fixed. To finally get everything done I have to get their billing company involved because Water Fighters, namely Brandon and Ceasar, could not figure the paperwork.

Now we have to keep calling to get any work done on the house. The house should have been repaired already. But there inability to plan and supervise their employees properly the house is still finished being repaired. In order to get them finish we have to keep calling and calling.

This company talks about how great they are and what a good job they will do. If I was a customer looking to get get my house repaired I would think long and hard about hiring this company to do it.

Their partner company Cardinal Clean is in the same boat as they are, not professional and not a good company.

At the end of the day if I would not have picked this company if I knew then what I know now. You can bet that I would never pick them again should the need arise to get my house repaired again.

So to add more to this they finally finished the job, three months late I might add!

The ,manager, Cesar, is a foul mouthed person and very unprofessional. I would never use this company if they were the only company left that could do the job.

Beware if you hire them, they are really nice so they can get your business and then they are not slow at doing everything and you spend days chasing them to do the job that you hired them to do.

Hector did an AMAZING job restoring my walls after some recent flood damage. he paid attention to everything right down to the finest detail. walls look like there was never any sign of damage. Thanks Hector!!!!

Professional and timely. All work was done within timeframe and I was aware at all times what was going to be done and when. I appreciated the clear communication I was given regarding when and where the work was to be done.

I called to see if i can get somebody come and do an estimate for my damage floor but the answering lady “sue” lacks phone etiquette. She was rude on the phone. She should not be answering calls with that kind of attitude.

I have to say I'm quite pleased with then beautiful new flooring I had this contractor install for me. Our house feels brand new, and I'm pleased to say this team went above and beyond for me.

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water dry out the affected areas, and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. I am new to the Phoenix. when my home flooded, I called Restoration 1. Darrin and his team came out in no time and had all of the water removed from my home. Once all of the water was removed, they removed anything was not saveable. I would recommend Darrin and Restoration 1 for any and all water damage work. If I ever have another flood, i am calling them right away.

For your own sake, DO NOT use this company!!! Our insurance contracted with them for water/mold restoration in August of 2021. I still, over a year later, do not have a fully restored kitchen as they left one day and never returned. Ten months go by and we hear nothing from them. Suddenly we get a call and invoice from them, claiming that I signed a form that the work was completed to my satisfaction in 11/2021. How can that be when I still had workers at my house in Feb of 2022 and I still have work to this day that was not completed? Frustrating when all you want is to have your house put back to right after a burst pipe and you get nothing but headache upon headache.
EDIT: So after our initial review Belfor did reach out. We gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they did come back and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have to say that it makes a big difference who you deal with. The worker RJ that came out this time did a great job, was friendly, and professional. For the duration of the new work that was done, this time around, Belfor kept us updated and let us know what was going on every step of the way. If only we had this experience the first time around.

They were fast to respond and got it done quickly too.
