These guys showed up when our day began in total turmoil. Charles Stratton, Jeff Bayness, and Caleb Markosian were very helpful and understanding of our dilemma. It was a water leak from the garage that got into the house. Courteous and friendly is the best way to describe them. I would recommend Doan Restoration. Two thumbs up!!

This company is very diligent in protecting your property and belongings during a stressful time. Sherri is the best at representing the company and their many services.

We were strung along for 3 months with very little to no communication. We were lied to about a permit delay (was never actually requested). They sent paperwork asking for payment because admin thought the project was almost complete and work still hasn't been started. Today we received a call that the foreman quit awhile ago and they can't do the work. They blamed COVID, but COVID doesn't mean you can't be honest and return a phone call. Zero follow through, zero transparency- many unreturned calls and not one minute of work on the house.

The pipe connected to the sink in our laundry room had hole and we had a minor water flooding problem. I e-mailed this company hoping someone would at least reply my e-mail. Things went extremely well from that point: not only my e-mail was replied almost immediately but a phone call followed right after that, the owner was at our house in about one hour or so to look at the damage.
I had a great first impression and that continued. He quickly set machines to dry the wall, communicated with a contractor to estimate the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company and somehow managed to take care of the bill for us.
It is a wrong story so I omit the detail but a similar thing happened again after a month. I e-mailed Tom Hodge, the owner, and again he took care of all for us. He went extra miles to contact plumber, handyman etc. to quickly resolve the whole problem for us.
It is our strong impression that this is a good company owned by honest hardworking person. If whoever reading this review happen to have water damage, I can easily say that this is the company to call.

I contracted Jenkins Restoration to take care of some storm damage to my home. I couldn't be happier with the results and the service provided. Matthew Rosenbaum who is the project manager, has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He made sure to address any questions that I had and was always accessible for any concerns I had during the process. He made the repairs to my home seamless and worry free in what would normally be a stressful situation. He is a true asset to the organization and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his and Jenkins services into the future.

Juan and Michael were very kind and understanding while also taking great care of my home. They had to take apart some of the house (cabinets, wall, floor) and they did it quickly and kept everything clean with no dust or trash anywhere. They came back quickly to remove the fans they had set up to dry the house. I cannot recommend them enough!

Mariana, Eddie, Maria, Spencer are the most faboulous people at integrity. I have worked with them on 3 occasions and could not find a better team. I am an elderly woman and could never have done what they did for me, they did all the work for me!!! I worked with first team which are missrable there is no one better than integrity. I miss Pete and Mayra but the team i had today were so great!! They came down the chimeny with my boxes and i didnt even leave them any cookies. I called these guys in the middle of the night due to a leak that caused flooding inside my house and they responded fast! They got to my house to put things in order and quickly worked in the damage area. My insurance agent worked with them directly without any problems at all. Definitely recommend for anyone in Arizona!

I can't rave enough about Square One Restoration!! We did a total remodel of our 1960s era kitchen (complete with the original floor and oven). We gutted the entire thing down to the concrete.

Ryan at Square One helped us from the very beginning of the project through the last detail. He guided us through the entire process of lay-out design and choosing the materials like cabinets, hardware, flooring and counter tops. We had no idea how many tradesmen I project like this would take ,we had a ton of people come into our home for the project: masonry men come seal up an exterior door, a carpenter for the cabinets, electricians for the can lights, pendants and additional outlets we added, a plumber, and a tile guy for the floors and backsplash Ryan was an expert at keeping us aware of when different people would be arriving, what to expect, what they were going to be working on and letting us know of any changes to the schedule. His communication was extremely transparent and attentive. Also, the work space of our home was kept extremely tidy and orderly. Aside from the obvious construction zone of our kitchen, all of the different tradesmen left the work space clean and organized at the end of each day, never leaving tools or materials laying around which we really appreciated!

I must also speak to Ryan's attention to detail. When remodeling an old home, you're bound to find a few surprises. One example that came up, our drain for our sink was tiled 1/2 an inch downward, instead of 1/2 inch backward, which was causing water to sit in the line. Our other sink cabinet had a dampness we could never figure it out. This is something that someone could have easily skipped by with us being none the wiser, but Ryan informed us he was going to have a plumber come correct the issue before continuing to move forward so everything was done the way it should be. It was corrected, and everything was right back on track. I can't thank him enough for treating our home as if it was his own, and making sure everything was perfect!

We are in LOVE with how it came out, and we now can't wait to remodel another area of our home with his help!!

These people are phenomenal. After Hurrican Ian I had Mrs. Tabitha Coman come out and assess our damages. She was extremely patient and gave us the time and dedication we needed in a very difficult time in our lives. They are extremely trustworthy and professional through the entire exchange. I had a great experience with COIT. I was able to go on line, set my schedule, and they followed up right away. Mr. Sothea Hoy arrived within the timeframe and was very professional and ready to work.I ordered three rooms to have the carpet cleaned and over 400+ square feet of tile grout cleaned and sealed. It was done in a few hours and I can't believe the difference. We have a 12 year old house and the grout and tile look brand new. This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas.
