These guys made a terrible situation much better by their efficiency and professionalism. They came out to my house quickly, and began mitigation efforts to dry out the huge amount of water damage. I had my entire living room carpet filled with water after my washer decided to quit on me did my research found them on google and called, they did the rest. Cesar and his team dried my carpet made sure no possible water damage escalated to the walls with some really cool gadgets, fixed damaged baseboards and painted them. They show up on time very professional well organized !!! (especially Cesar Ontiveros) Water fighters is an excellent company that strives such good service this was the only company that truly listened to me and understood my stress and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations with NO SURPRISES.

This is the 3rd Water Damage that we have incurred and we have used AZ Fire and Water each time. No need for us to look elsewhere as they do an OUTSTANDING JOB from drying out the water damage to making your home look As good or better than before. From the drywall and painter Cesar to the people who came everyday to see if the area effective was dry, the people who packed up 2 rooms of our home and put all my nic nacs in bubble wrap better than I would and marked what shelf and where on the shelf I had each item and the one's who lifted my wide and heavy furniture that was not easy to get out of our front door. We offered to help but they had it. All of the many people from the office staff to the one's who came to our home were very pleasant, didn't complain and were hard workers.

Rocky Mountain was referred to us by our plumbers to help us with a pipe that had burst in our home. They cleaned everything up, scheduled all demo and dry out services. Patrick was amazing, he kept us up to date each day on progress. He was polite and friendly. He walked us through every little detail. I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration if you are need of any restoration work, and if you are assigned Patrick, you will be very satisfied! It's hard to find companies with employees like him!

I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate this company. We had a flood back in May and went with a horrible company, the quality of work wasn’t professional and neither was the project manager. We had a second flood and went with our home owners insurance preferred vendor and that was Venturi. I was so scared to go through this process again but they put us at ease. Raul was our project manager and was wonderful with communication and making sure this rebuild was done in a timely manner. He came out and assessed the project, came again to deliver materials and did a walk through and will be back to do our final walk through. Our project has one more day scheduled to finish but I just had to share our positive experience. Thank you to Raul and your incredible crew for making this a home again. It looks beautiful.
