AZFW is hands down the worst contractor I’ve ever worked with. Extended review is on yelp. Losing paperwork, charging for services not rendered, lying, not returning communication, pointing fingers, damaging existing property, unable to complete repairs, attempted blackmail; the list never ends. I'd avoid this company at all costs. Almost 6 months after starting business with them, the repairs to my wall still need to be addressed, there is additional damage by the company to my floors to be remedied, and I've had an increase in my homeowners insurance as a result of a claim being paid out. Not at all worth the hassle.

I really appreciate the work that Servpro of Central PHX did on my house after we had a pipe burst while out of town that flooded the house.
They restored a lot of items and got my house and carpets dried and repaired.
Really great customer service from Melissa Williams and her team.
Will definitely use the company again.

I was in the horrible situation where I had a pipe break inside my wall. Water was everywhere: Under my tile, under my kitchen cabinets, and the wall was drenched. Our plumber recommended Rocky Mountain and shared that he had good experiences with them in the past. Rocky Mountain showed up the same day and immediately started correcting the situation. My primary contact was Nick. What I appreciated most about Nick is that he kept consistent and clear communication with us. If I ever had a question and contacted Nick, he either picked up his phone or called/texted back within an hour. He made sure we were taken care of and handled much of the communication with the insurance company. Everyone we dealt with at Rocky Mountain was professional and friendly. I hope that I never have to deal with a water issue like this again, but if I do I will be reaching out to Rocky Mountain.

We had water damage as a result of improper solar installation. The crew at 1-800 Water Damage was amazing. They explained the process in detail, removing any worry we had about the mold they discovered, set up containment for remediation, and were even willing to come out over a weekend. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who has had a water leak. Even though it may not look like it, if you have any water issue, you probably have a mold issue too. Definitely call an expert.

So happy to have discovered that this company is now doing water damage. Their service was prompt and I love the attitude these guys have. Highly recommend .

Recently had water damage and my Insurance carrier advised that Venturi Restoration were on their approved list. From our first meeting with Tara through Hugo and his crew, the process was great! They came in like it was their home that they were working on and made it better than new. Could not recommend them enough. In our experience you can’t go wrong with them!

Best company to deal with for any water damage or repairs

My insurance company called this company to evaluate my kitchen for water damage. They had my schedule, but chose THEIR time to come out. They demo'ed my kitchen on a Tuesday, it's now Saturday, left everything in my back yard, they lied saying the ins. company would send an adjuster. The ins. company said they should NOT have said that. NOW, it's up to ME to find a contractor for estimates, install the drywall they cut out, install the cabinets they tore out and clean my yard of the debris. I called, left a message for a return call, around 530, even tho its after hours, they SHOULD return calls in a timely manner. They would not give me any estimates to repair the work they started.
I would NOT recommend this company for ANY insurance work since they are unreliable, and you can never get in touch with someone. A RELIABLE company would keep in touch, give TIMELY return calls, give the estimates which would be beneficial to determining WHO to contact with, and most of all...
DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS.

What a comfort to know that everything is going to be taken care of by experts. Very organized, constant communication, great follow up. Highly recommended.

We are buying a house that had some water damage. Another competitor restoration company promised to send someone out to look at it for us. Three days later, they had not, and we had very little time left on our inspection period.

AM/PM very kindly agreed to make some time in their schedule---right after heavy rains when they were busy---to send someone out on short notice. Really appreciate their willingness to work on a tight timeline and help us out.

I would use this roofing contractor again without having to think twice about it. They do exceptional work and they didn't go over the budget either, they were also very attentive in answering my questions.

Alex Antillon Gregory Fife and Daniel Murray were an excellent crew. They were easy to work with and were outstanding workers. Your company is fortunate to have such such fine people work for them.
