Went away for a weekend and came back to discover my dishwasher had leaked all over our home. Water had traveled from the kitchen into our living room and into the bedrooms throughout the house. I don't know how long the water was sitting but it was long enough for everything to get soaked. We called our insurance immediately. Within about 2 hours the Service Master Desert Dry team was onsite and got to work. The guys on the job were great. They explained the process, answered my questions, and worked with my insurance and returned our home back to normal in a few days. The crews that followed up explained the timeline and helped me with my insurance when I needed it. This had never happened to me before so I really appreciated how helpful their team was throughout the process.

Hire this company. A+++ I used them to fix some ceiling cracks we had in our drywall from settling over the years. They came over, looked professional, and were extremely friendly. They cleaned up after and the cost was more than fair. I would recommend them

This company has terrible customer service. Nearly 3 months later after a hot water pipe repair I still can't use my kitchen. I am washing dishes outside with the garden hose. They don't return phone calls, and then when I hear from them they say they are busy and short staffed. I need the counter tops put in and my sink & dishwasher and they are too busy to finish.
They started this small job on March 12 and just don't seem to give a damn about finishing it....This is a very BAD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS leaving a customer high and dry,

Absolutely fantastic!!! My washer flooded my rental and this company did such a great job of taking care of this emergency right away. I have two young kids and I needed these repairs done immediately, they helped me repair the damage is minimal time. I felt like I was the only customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. Based on the pictures I’ve sent family, they said this was some of the cleanest best work they’ve ever seen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Our adjuster Joseph Asano was outstanding! We were always able to get in touch with him, he answered any questions we had in a timely fashion and always reached out to see how everything was coming along. The job was completed satisfactorily and looks great!

We have used Venturi for carpet cleaning at the apartment community I work at for 5+ years. We have them scheduled multiple times each month and they have always shown up when scheduled every time. Patrick and Kyle are great and always strive to do the best job possible. They have also saved us a lot of money in carpet replacements with the cleaning and carpet repairs they can do.

Clearly the owner doesn’t know they’re left from right and all he cares about is his bottom dollar!

When your kitchen floods and needs to be rebuild the last thing you want is to be lied to, told that it may take 6 months to rebuild your cabinets, and not have your questions and concerns addressed. That is exactly what I was being told by another contractor. I reached out to Paul Davis and am very happy that I did. The experience was positive from day one. I met with David, who was my project manager. David told me he could have my cabinets rebuild in 4 to 6 weeks. He answered all my questions and called me weekly with updates. The cabinets were installed within the promised time frame. When I was unhappy with the reinstallation of the Granite countertop a specialist was brought in to correct it, and make it look good as new. I feel I was not decieved or lied to and was treated in a professional, courteous, respectful manner. For anyone dealing with rebuilding after damage I highly recommend Paul Davis, for positive, stress free experience.

I wish I could rate this company higher. I can't recommend them enough either, they were very hands on and kept me so well informed through the whole process. You won't regret hiring them.

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

We are dealing with the hot water tank leak, we have worked with this company previously through our insurance. Unfortunately the initial experience was tremendous but the current experience has been a nightmare. What should’ve taken a few days has now taken multiple weeks, very poor communication and follow up with the team. We have been promised multiple times a job will be done, then the workers leave and the work is left unfinished. We’ve had to call multiple staff members including the general manager requesting immediate resolution and we are still waiting for this job to be finished

Working with them was wonderful! They were quick to mitigate any further disaster and responsive to all communication. They helped communicate with insurance and were so kind working while all my kids were home! They were so friendly and knowledgeable.
