Had the best workers sent out and were able to get the job done as prompt as possible thank you crystal and cece these ladies were sent out to inspect seen the issue and made sure it was done and treated correctly so I would no longer have issues in my home love the professionalism

We had water damage and they were quick to respond and to eliminate the present water damage and prevent any further damage that would require to be removed. I would highly recommend using this company for your water damage needs.

Matt Rosenbaum was very professional when it came to help my damaged roof. He responded to me and guided me every step in the process. It’s a licensed and bonded company and you always can get the questions answered. I am going to use this company in the future. Check it out if you need anything done. I just found out they have different services.

I spoke with Austin. The guy was absolutely incredible. He knew everything and guided me and my wife through the process after we had flooding through our kitchen. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Had toilet supply line broke, flood our house 100% called my insurance company and they recommend Restore Master, called and them right away and they showed up to our house in next 45 minutes , was the owner with 3 other helpers , super nice crew , they walked me thru to entire house to explain whats needs done , this company deserve 10 star super happy with with work they have done to our house , and I will recommend Restore Master to anyone for any water and mold damage .

The Servicemaster team was very professional and polite they called me every morning to let me know how far they were out and when they would be there they answered all questions and asked me if I had any questions why it fell out but you make me happy I would use in the future thank you

Had a need for water damage restoration services after my reverse osmosis unit leaked under my kitchen sink. For your own sake, DO NOT use this company!!! Our insurance contracted with them for water/mold restoration in August of 2021. I still, over a year later, do not have a fully restored kitchen as they left one day and never returned. Ten months go by and we hear nothing from them. Suddenly we get a call and invoice from them, claiming that I signed a form that the work was completed to my satisfaction in 11/2021. How can that be when I still had workers at my house in Feb of 2022 and I still have work to this day that was not completed? Frustrating when all you want is to have your house put back to right after a burst pipe and you get nothing but headache upon headache.
EDIT: So after our initial review Belfor did reach out. We gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they did come back and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have to say that it makes a big difference who you deal with. The worker RJ that came out this time did a great job, was friendly, and professional. For the duration of the new work that was done, this time around, Belfor kept us updated and let us know what was going on every step of the way. If only we had this experience the first time around.
