Super responsive - they came within 2 hours from the start of the flood and the team (Kevin, Ivan, Chazz & Connor) jumped right into action to start mitigating further damage and start the remediation process. I called these guys when my kid left the bathtub on and overflowed the bathroom when I wasn’t home. It started leaking into my hallway and my master bedroom. I told them I needed someone to repair the water damage that had built up. One of their techs came out right away and got everything done quick. They had a team of 3 or 4 guys come out and dry everything out, set up their machines, and we had a good experience with them.

The whole time they had asked if I had any questions and they answered them no problem. I had no clue how to handle my insurance stuff but they helped me through that as well. These guys are pros and know what to do, and they made me secure in knowing they had everything under control. Call them if you have any situation like this, you’ll be glad you did.

Logan Blood and his crew arrived quickly after flood damage was discovered and took charge of clean up, and kept the rest of my home safe during the restoration process. All their workers were very courteous and Logan kept me informed as their work continued until it was completed. Lee Burner finished the job, removing all equipment and cleaning up. My insurance company actually hired them in response to some storm damage we had on our roof. I was really worried about mold in my daughter's bedroom but they showed up super fast, set my mind at ease, and got everything done right away. Then, they cleaned up after themselves! They also communicated every step of the way so I never had to guess what was going on. The technician was super professional and we actually enjoyed visiting with him while he set up his equipment and packed up when he was done. We actually live pretty far out of town, but he never made us feel like an inconvenience even though he had to drive over an hour one way just to get to my house. I would definitely call on them again whether it was an emergency or not!

Jerry and Chico did very professional, detailed work on walls, baseboards as well as texturizing and painting. They were friendly and responsive and assured me that the project would be as I expected it to be. I appreciated their skill, honesty and friendliness. I was very pleased with their work and the outcome. I hope I don’t have to have restoration again, but would use them again for any project.

Really appreciate the constant communication from Chris Cunningham and his help in getting everything organized and executed promptly. OCDcontracting also was quick and prompt with the repairs made and did a very good job.

We paid 50% for ceiling repair in June it is now October and we can’t even get them to call us back. They were supposed to do repairs 4 1/2 months ago. They still have our money. Terrible business practices!!

This company has been amazingly helpful during the insurance process. My adjusters were kind of a nightmare but they were right there helping me the entire time. Brandy came out to my home first and assessed what was needed. I felt comfortable with her. I had one other company come before her that I just had a gut instinct on. So I went with this company and I’m so glad I did. John, the project manager was very helpful. Darrin the owner also was helpful. And the crew was very professional. They did the tear out of my bathroom yesterday. They came back today to get all of their machinery. Each time they were on time. Each time they communicated effectively. Each time they showed up ready to do what they were going to do and checked in with me. It’s hard to find contractors that do those things. Thank you for all your help.

Mitigation team was very helpful and diligent. Rowell made feel like he cared about mitigating the damage and keep me up to date with what was going on.

The upstairs condo flooded out my master bath. I called DRS and they arrived immediately. They provided the clean up, brought in huge dryers and tapped off the room with an added zipper for me to get to my clothes. They then sent in a mold inspector. They have been wonderful, efficient, professional, prompt and patient. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.
