We hired water fighters to fix damage caused by a leaking window. It must have been leaking for years because the wood was all rotted out. They took care of everything including replacing damaged wood, repairing the stucco and painting. They did an awesome job. It looks brand new. I'd definitely hire them again

Worst place ever. Do not bother with them. They don't return phone calls. Did not even show up for the appointment. Not going to call them back again. What's the point? Seriously!

Rocky Mountain dried out my garage ceiling after my upstairs tub drain started leaking. My ceiling is now dry and ready for final repair.

I'm a property manager and we had a leaking water heater which when getting fixed we realized there was a lot of mold surrounding the heater. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they came right out and evaluated the issue. We gave them the business and throughout the process they kept us informed of what they were doing and where they were at in the remediation process. After the job was complete pictures were sent to myself and the owner (I also went and checked it out myself). I would definitely use them again.

After my home was damaged by flood & wind, I used Jenkins Restorations to repair my home. While there were issues that arose during the process, Project Manager Matthew Rosenbaum, stepped in and made sure everything was completed to my upmost satisfaction. His kindness and understanding, along with his competence and skill insured my home would be restored and all damages repaired with quality and concern.

Austin and Hayden meet with me frequently to make sure our needs are being met. Pricing is fair, and they make sure there work is quality. Always responsive to our needs. Just learned they offer many more services than what we were already using them for. Looking forward to trying there other services out in the future.

There aren't enough words to describe how pleased I am with Paul Davis Restoration. I would like to recognize and personally thank David Youman for overseeing the project, and guiding his expert staff. In particular Mario Garcia who did most of the inside work, and his assistant Simon. The renovations were skillfully crafted, and it all came out beautifully. It was a complex project, and everyone was very kind, communicative and professional every step of the way. They made a difficult situation much easier for me to bear. Your company is not in my area, but I will highly refer as I can. I love my new home, and sincerely thank everyone involved. I called AM/PM to come out to review a water leak. After 10 minutes in my home, my insurance company called and recommended to me that I should ask them to leave until the insurance company could review the situation. I did so, and AM/PM sent me a bill for $468 for the 10 minutes they were at my house. I said I needed to work with my insurance company on billing. A week later they sent me a nasty email stating they were raising the price 33% unless I paid that day. While I was out of a house dealing with a major problem this company tried to exploit my situation and strong arm me into paying without going through the proper insurance channels. After requesting they not act in this manner and that I was still waiting on a response, they become unresponsive and sent a threatening letter saying a lien would be put on me if I didn't pay immediately. All of us this was only 3 weeks after the initial services were rendered. I would strongly recommend no one doing business with a company that chooses to operate in this manner.

I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. They were professional and made sure everything was clean when they left. Thank you again for all your hard work. Would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them.

Drywall repairs.
I just wanted to say that I see how hard
you have been working on drywall repairs. I admire how dedicated you are to the work you do.

We have hired this company several times in the last few years and they do a great job at a very reasonable cost. They respond very quickly, have great follow through and never leave a job unfinished. We highly recommend them for any of your flooding and or restoration needs. I would call them first before calling any other company and see for yourself the professional and timely manner in which they conduct their business. Great guys and great work!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! To cover everything that went wrong in the 5 month it took Belfor to replace my living room/kitchen floors (even though the actually replacement done by a subcontractor took 1 day!!) would take too long, but here are the highlights of the experience I had:
- Belfor misquoted the flooring price to the insurance, as they used prices from 2021, so we had to go back and submit another estimate.
- They constantly did not follow up and left me in the dark on what was going on
- Blamed delays on the insurance, when I had emails from the insurance stating exactly when they had tried to contact Belfor and nothing was followed up on again by Belfor
- Blatantly lied to me about who did what when I had records of everything
- Belfor staff said they will call me and never did even after multiple attempts to speak with my case manager
-Belfor staff came to the house to pick up a floor tile that was damaged to find comparable new flooring, but never took the sample, so they had to come back. They also came several times to measure.
- Belfor staff came to my home to look at new flooring samples, but failed to bring the samples.
-Belfor staff send me paperwork that they are putting a lien on my house, before they had ever started any work
- I was not given a final invoice, yet was pushed to sign off on the work and sign that I will pay the final bill even though I had none.
-The absolute highlight however was that when I finally got my bill they added my deductible as a billed item. WHAT?? They billed me directly and did not deal with my insurance on the payment at all, so why would they add $2000 to my bill as a charged item? I am just glad I caught it, as I can only imagine all the other customers they try to do that to, who are not as diligent and just pay they bill.
