I had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining. Had 3 other plumbers come out to look at it and was not able to resolve the issue. Coy hydro jetted the line and was able to do what all the others were not able to do. It not only fixed my kitchen drain, but cleaning out the drain fixed the slow drain for my washer also. He was very courteous, explained everything as he was doing it and cleaned up all the mess so you couldn't even tell I had a huge sludge pile on by back patio. These gentlemen made a contract with my house previous owner during my escrow. Accordingly they replaced 10’ of cross-woven fiberglass liner with 10 years guarantee related to an issue figured out by my inspector during escrow. They made contract on 26th December, I closed escrow 2nd January (so they conducted the job around this time I don’t know when). After 2 years, last week problem reoccurred. Brinks inspector identified as the problem related to the job they did 2 years ago. However Brink doesn’t want to comply with the guarantee term on contract and they are claim that “according to another clause in contract, I didn’t contact them once I bought the house, didn’t paid them $400 guarantee transfer fee and accordingly they didn’t visit my house and make inspection to clarify guarantee on contract can be transferred”. Probably to fix this issue is gonna cost me around $500 to $1000 which I am fine with. Don’t promise if you are not able to keep it. Dishonest business people.

This plumbing company has predatory practices. Do not give them your credit card number. They will charge against it ruthlessly and it will be hard to get your money back.

They did a great job installing our new dishwasher, kitchen faucet, and water filtration setup. The technician was personable and courteous.

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
