AMAZING! Our back to back shower and tub started flooding so I called a plumbing company who referred me out to John Padilla Plumbing and I am so happy they did. Francisco was able to come out same day, he did a ton of trouble shooting and was able to determine the problem pretty quickly. He gave us a quote and due to the clog and where it was he needed to come back the next day to do the work to make sure he had enough time. He and his field supervisor Leo came out and assessed the situation once they cut into the wall and looked at the plumbing. After talking and seeing where everything was he was able to determine we needed to install a clean out to clear the clog, a hydro flush was needed and they even did a camera inspection to check the condition of our pipes and where exactly everything was. He even cleaned up the mess from cutting into the wall and sealed the area until we replace the dry wall. Once that’s replaced he’ll be back to install a panel for easier access to the clean out for any future clogs. Our final price was even lower than the initial quote! I highly recommend Francisco with JP plumbing. He professional, kind, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things so you fully understand what needs to be done and why. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything but gave great recommendations for what to do in the future and even some tips and tricks for maintenance after have the work done to give our pipes a longer life. 100% satisfied with the work done and will definitely be keeping his contact for any future work! Julio was great overall and came by for an emergency pipe repair. I’m glad we contacted them for service and he came by to handle the issue. Probably saved a lot of $ with his repair considering the time there was a leak and hope much it would of cost in water alone if it wasn’t addressed. Roberto and Brandon did an excellent job rerouting our gas lines. Our local utility company found a leak and that meant no hot water or heat in our home until it was fixed… thankfully the guys at John Padilla were on it immediately, and within a couple days we had our gas service back. The techs were very thorough and helpful, and informed me of everything that needed to happen. Now I’m much more knowledgeable on natural gas plumbing than I need to be! Definitely recommend.

We called John Padilla on Sunday evening after our tankless water heater stopped working. They were able to quickly get us on the schedule for Monday morning and Manolo Dominguez arrived on time to help us troubleshoot. Turned out to be a tripped breaker and nothing else. However, Manolo took the time to look things over thoroughly and discuss maintenance and upgrade options for us to research and consider for future and did not charge us for the service call. We had Brandon out to replace our water heater about a month ago. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This morning I woke up to a water line leaking in between the first and second floor. This leak had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WATER HEATER. I called Brandon and he was at my house within a half hour. He repaired not one but two leaks. Once again he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend using John Padilla plumbing even though I hope I don’t have to????

John Padilla Plumbing is the best! We had Rainier G. help us out with restoring hot water to our primary shower. He was very communicative, called when he was on his way, showed up when he said he would, explained the issues, and got everything resolved all within an hour. Would gladly use again should future issues arise.

Scheduling an appointment was simple and the scheduler was professional and easy to speak with. The plumber, David Acosta, was professional, nice, quick, helpful and left nothing to clean-up! Just a side note: I thought the price of the kitchen faucet install was a bit high. I own a few homes and understand that it does depend on the scope of a project, this was a brand new faucet, installed in the same place/area as the previous, he didn’t even go to is utility truck for a tool. As the plumber was professional, I would recommend, if you need an easy process that is quick and professional.

I appreciated the quick turnaround. Brandon Buss was friendly and had the right experience/credentials to replace my faulty outdoor spigot. He was fast and I was very satisfied with his work. My only complaint, aside for the cost of the repair, was the $120 charge he added on top of the repair cost to pickup a hose vacuum breaker/back flow preventer from Home Depot, located ~0.5 miles from my house. A hose vacuum breaker is a code requirement. I don’t feel I should have been charged for a part required to meet current code requirements.

Found this business through Yelp when I used the Request a Quote feature. I was having issues with my shower spout and was looking to get it replaced. The name of the technician they sent me was Rainier Galang. He was cordial, professional, and very easy to talk to. He was very transparent about what he was doing and answered all my questions. I actually have another plumbing issue that I need fixed lol but I wont be shopping around I am going straight to John Padilla Plumbing. Thanks again Rainier!

I found myself in need of an emergency plumber, and luckily I looked up plumbers that operate on Sundays and found John Padilla Plumbing. A plumber by the name of Brandon Buss came out and helped fix a copper pipe. He was nice, understanding, and was efficient, so I would recommend this plumbing service.

Smooth process from start to finish! I made an inquiry over the weekend and had a call first thing Monday morning. David Acosta called me about 25 minutes before he arrived and I got a text from the office beforehand with his photo so I knew who would be arriving. David made good suggestions for how to proceed with our leak detection issue, starting with the most cost effective option first. He also noticed we had a very old water heater, which we knew, and offered to give us a quote on installing a new one so we would know how much it would cost when we had to replace it. I needed a faucet replaced as well as the corroded hardware under the sink. Emilio Gonzales came out quickly and worked with the water company to get everything turned off. It was not an easy job with the amount of corrosion but he handled it quickly and professionally at a fair price. I would definitely recommend having this company come give you a free estimate if you have a tricky job that is too big to handle yourself.

Had a reroute job that was in a tight space. Despite it being even more difficult than originally anticipated Rainier kept at it and didn't finish till the job was done, well into Friday evening. He and Brandon finished the job and honored the original quote which was already reasonable. Will not hesitate to use again.

Called for a quote for a bathtub issue we were having. Some companies were charging to come out and provide a quote but this place didn’t- which I appreciated. Julio Valle arrived on time and was professional. He provided us with a quote and we scheduled for services that day. Would recommend.

We suspected we had a leak behind our bathtub wall. Francisco told us he’d have to cut a hole in the drywall in the toilet room to diagnose the cause. He did that and determined that water was getting through via an improperly caulked shower fixture. So relieved that it’s an easy fix. Professional and proficient, Julio showed up at the time he said he would. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We felt he was trustworthy right from the get-go.

We hired John Padilla Plumbing to help fix our bathroom sink and tub. Both would get repeatedly clogged, and we tried a few different DIY methods to try and fix it ourselves to no avail - it would temporarily fix the issue but within a few days or week would get clogged again, so decided it was time to call in the professionals. Brandon did a fantastic job from beginning to end - he called and gave us a heads up he was on his way, was right on time, friendly, and gave a clear, honest assessment of what the issues were. The sink ended up being more work than anticipated since the pipes were so old some parts ended up needing to be replaced, but Brandon did try his best to resolve the issue as inexpensively & effectively as possible which we appreciated. He had to leave and go pick up the specific replacement parts we needed, but overall the whole thing was fairly quick. We were happy with the service (my dog also really liked him) and our drains are finally all cleared!

Angel and Sam arrived ready and able to tackle replacing my old water heater. They added safety features too. Polite and professional. Padilla Plumbing gets an A+ from me!!

They were much much higher than another plumbing company so I did not use their service. I am giving them two stars because they called and texted photo of the plumber that would be coming to service my home. That is a feature that all companies should be using. I did not use their services due to overpriced quote.

The plumber Julio Valle was super professional and quick. Even though we decided not to use his services for the issue he was very helpful through the process. I think the biggest complaint is the inflexible pricing. We had a 98 cent issue that needed to be replaced and tightened that was going to cost us $200+ dollars just doesn't compute in my mind. I think you need to be a little more flexible with billable hours how can something that litterally takes 1 hour be comparable to something that take 5 min?

Had a kitchen faucet replaced by Oliver Garces and he did a good job. There were some other issues I had him look at that other plumbers stayed were going to be extreme fixes and his less extreme suggestions made more sense. I would recommend this company and Oliver.

Oliver was very professional and responsive. He came out on a Saturday to help us identify a drain leak problem. We paid weekend rates just for him to look at the problem so the problem could be addressed over the weekend.He said his company would send a quote to do the job and they didn’t send it.Given his responsiveness we were leaning towards having the company do the job however the lack of promptness and follow-up is making us rethink.

The company reacted promptly when we called about smells and a clog backing up our far bathroom. Brandon showed up within an hour to clear the clog that was found to actually came from the kitchen branch, and he went into the crawlspace to check for leaks in all our fittings, taking pictures to show where he found issues.He gave us an initial estimate of what it would cost to repair the most troublesome leak in our sewer pipe (old cracked abs pipe and a failing gasket), and informed us about what we would need to do on the ground under that leak that would have to occur before he could replace the pipe. He was thorough and considerate of our property as he was doing his job.
