We were looking to remove/replace shower surrounds in both bathrooms. After getting quotes from multiple companies we found Austin Plumbing. Their quote was half the cost other companies were charging for 1 shower. Due to the amazing prices we ended up completely remodeling BOTH bathrooms & we still saved money! Our new bathrooms are gorgeous! Jerry Austin is very knowledgeable. In addition to plumbing work he has tons of general contractor experience. He was able to address issues as they arose & came up with brilliant solutions. We have several other projects to do around our 60 yr old home. Austin Plumbing will be our first & only call when we are ready to tackle other projects.

I have had the unfortunate fate of dealing a lot with Cathedral Plumbing . They are the plumbers who did my New house and also respond to warranty calls . We first had leak in a faucet , it was replaced but the handles were not installed , i could not do it myself since it uses a special screw . I have had to deal with them on another occasion , this time it was not their fault ,the tech they sent was good . The other issue i had with them is my water meter box is not installed correctly . it does not sit flush in the grooves of the pipe like it needs to . I am unable to install my smart meter correctly and it also floods the box with water from irrigation .

Dennis Rawlins a support manager reached out to me and apologized and promised to correct the issue . He sent a very friendly tech Brandon who fixed my issues . It was 15 minutes of worth of work and we both are happy . I would not hold one experience against them . so updating my review . Since the support structure works like it should .

2nd company called today usually I go through what my insurance provider assigned to me but I had no luck had to wait until Monday got this number from simply googling plumbing near me I thank God we did called them at 4:12 spoke with Don Charles by 4:30 had a nice professional tech at my doorstep (No Lie) I was so surprised myself can't read his signature on the invoice but ...so far everything is working well I couldn't take a shower or use my toilet...hopefully it's fixed but if I ever need any other job done I'll definitely call you guys first Thank you... We actually did not even have them in our house - we called with an issue and they gave us a solution right over the phone they totally fixed everything!! They didn’t even come out to the house just free, fantastic advice. Super appreciate them and their honest advice and kind attitudes
