This company was the savior when our condominium complex of 42 units suffered an unexpected gas leak in our Associations hot water heater. With no hot water due to an emergency gas shut off, the first plumber called to the job could not make the repair due to the size of the pipe. Sean was called at 4:30 pm from another property manager's recommendation. He showed up within 30 minutes to look at the problem. Recognizing the importance of this repair for so many families, he went outside of normal operating procedures you see with 9 - 5 contractors, and acquired the necessary equipment for the size of the pipes, and spent the evening hours making the repair. THEN....in the morning, he went down to the permit office first thing to personally make sure a permit was not only pulled, but an inspection could be lined up for that day. He then came back to the site to wait for the inspector, to make sure he would not be missed, and the repair was approved so the gas could be turned on. In less than 24 hours the repair was done, a permit was pulled, an inspection was completed, and the gas was turned back on so 42 residents could resume hot water use and showers! This effort and expertise is hard to find in a contractor and is such a value. He has earned our loyalty and support through his honest and straight forward efforts that were clearly intended to help the folks affected from this emergency ordeal. We thank you very much! I had two leaks coming from wall toilets. I had called the home warranty company and the plumber the Home Warranty company sent did not have a clue. I have had Sean Fixes Johns do work for me for years, so I called them again and they said they were doing a job in the area and would be over within an hour. I did not have to wait long, they came over quickly, figured out the problem and had the leaks repaired in no time flat. They were very fair on their charges for labor and I called them again when I was ready to replace some toilets at my property prior to new tenants moving in. They had three toilets replaced with no issues, repaired a sink, and a leak from a dishwasher - all done in just a few hours. The thing I like most about them is that they don't waste any time or try to draw out their time for additional pay. They are quick to find the problem, get it fixed and stop the clock so I am not paying outrageous labor charges. Super experience. Sean was coming to my neighbor's home to install a faucet on the back of her home. Our houses are the same model built at the same time. I called and explained this and asked him to also install a faucet for me. Based on the information I told him, he gave me the same quote. After he finished at her home, he came to mine promptly. Once here, he discovered that my under sink area was configured differently and would be a more complex job. Despite the extra time, effort and material he stuck to his quote. Both Sean and his assistant were polite, friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. I couldn't be more pleased and definitely would not hesitate to call him again.

I have known sean for a long time and even though they say you never mix friends and business he has always done excellent work. Sean just saved me over $1000! Before I heard about Sean, I had two different plumbers (from bigger companies) try to fix my broken Sayco diverter shower valve, which was stuck and would not come out. Neither of the other two plumbers could get it out, even after muscling it for 20 minutes, and they both recommended that I tear out the tile and re-plumb the entire shower with a new fixture, and then re-tile the shower. I'd already lined up a contractor to do the job, knowing it was going to cost me a bundle. As a last ditch effort, I reached out to Sean and within 45 minutes he was able to remove the old diverter valve, and install a new one, so my shower functions like new! I can't say enough how thankful I am to find a good, reliable plumber who is willing to find a solution to a difficult problem. We'll be calling Sean for all future plumbing needs!

I had a clogged toilet and he came out to fix it. Not sure what exactly he did, because he never really spoke to me. Then a few days later I realized there was a part inside the toilet that was now missing causing the toilet to run and run. He left my house without even telling me he was done. I wouldn't use him again.

We had a major water leak and Sean quickly came to our house and found the leak. The leak happened to be under our front porch and was going to be a major job. Sean stayed until after 10 pm trying to fix it for us and the next day set up a temporary waterline until the a whole new water line could be put in. A new water line was put in and and the everything was put back as it was. Sean and his guy did an outstanding job and didn’t break the bank.

Sean did such a professional and thorough job Installing and connecting my new water purification ionizer in the kitchen. The adapter that came with my system he put on was cheap plastic and leaked under sink, but Sean ran out on the hunt to several hardware stores later that day and came back with a fantastic replacement that worked perfectly. Very pleased with his service. He didn't even grumble when I asked that he please leave his shoes at the door :) and wow, he cleaned up behind himself too. He is THE MAN! The best plumber in town - great service

While attempting to change out a washer and dryer, I learned the hot and cold water valves no longer worked. In addition, I could not disconnect and cap a gas line. I found Sean the plumber on Google and called on a Friday afternoon asking if he had availability. He asked my problem and whether it was urgent. The problem was not urgent and he
told me he would work it in after current calls. Sean and his helper arrived and efficiently repaired the problems. I would not hesitate calling Sean The Plumber in the future.

A leak in my ceiling was coming from my shower, and after reading/watching a bunch of DIY guides online, I realized I needed a professional plumber for the job rather than having my handyman friends fiddle around with it. Plus, timing was urgent - I rent out my home as a vacation property and my first guests were arriving the next day!

I texted Sean at 1 am, he replied at 3 am that he could come first thing in the morning, and was at my place by 7am! Such a relief!!!

I didn't want him to cut into my ceiling because of the guests' next-day arrival, but he performed a lot of tests to investigate the source of the issue. He fixed the leaking shower valve and replaced the tub spout - which appeared to do the trick until he felt a drop of water on his head as he was leaving. Although we suspected it might be residual water (ceiling was quite damp, drips were much slower), he still spent the next 40 minutes investigating. He replaced the tub drain to be safe, and didn't charge me anything extra -- even though I asked!

Since he did everything possible short of cutting into the ceiling, we agreed that I would keep an eye on it and let him know how it looks later today. If it's still dripping, he'll return to cut into the ceiling and my guests will just have to be ok with a temporary panel -- which is way better than dripping water and black mold!!

I 100% recommend Sean - he truly goes above and beyond to ensure highest quality and satisfaction!! Sean was able to show up on our doorstep a few hours after I called. He arrived and with the precision of a surgeon, he diagnosed, removed and replaced the parts of my toilet that were worn. Called at 12 pm on a Saturday he answered totally tried to fixed my problem over the phone for me when he couldn’t he showed up an hour later polite, knowledgeable, solved my problem I would recommend them.

These guys were great! Sean's response was amazing! I called Monday, he showed up the next day which was New Year's eve, very punctual and they not only took care of the main issue I had (replacing a toilet that had been giving us repeated problems), I also had about three other annoying plumbing issues I had put off addressing, and Sean took care of all of them in a very reasonable amount of time and price! I will most definitely use them again!

Water supply to house had a leak, next to driveway. City said we had to fix it. Sean had someone at our house that day to identify the problem. They left us a tool so we could turn the water off and on as needed since the leak was running up our meter. They fixed everything the next day. They had to break up part of driveway and dig deep to get to the pipe. Then they replaced the bad section of pipe, sealed everything, and fixed the driveway. Only charged us the lowest price they estimated. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They easily could have charged more. Sean also took the time to explain what was done. Sean fixes Johns plumbing is a great company, with professional, courteous people, and is hands down the only number I'm calling for help in the future.

Almost a year later, and the repair is still perfect. We had a different water problem today, and Sean was able to come out today, identify the problem and fix it right away. Still the best, thanks Sean!

About a month later. How's this for a Christmas nightmare: 500 miles from home, wake up Christmas morning 2018 to find a voicemail from my neighbor that our driveways are flooded and it looks like it's coming from my yard. I call Sean fixes Johns assuming I'll be leaving a message. It's early Christmas morning after all. Instead, I reach Sean himself. I explain the problem and he comes to my families rescue. Christmas is saved. He personally drives to my house and shuts off the water. Knowing that my family will be back in town in a day and we'll need water, he gets everything repaired before our return. To top it off, he charged me NOTHING because the new leak was near the old leak from a month ago, so he ruled it a warranty claim. He knew I was out of town. If he was unscrupulous, he could have told me anything and charged me a lot of money, but he is an honest man who cares about his customers. Sean is my Go-To-Guy forever.

Sean installed a gardafe disposal, relocated a gas line and reparied a broken flange on the toilet. He went above and beyond the expected. They had to fix a incorrect size for the faucet by redrilling, they moved the stove and took care not to damage any thing. All items were completed timely and we are very happy. He provided a estimate for the work and that was tge price.

Weekend call for a restaurant. There within the hour. Problem solved quickly and my business was unaffected.

Hey everyone, if you need to get out of a tight situation, look no further! This literally save the day. Client/neighbor of mines was without hot water and and due to a bad valve, we could not replace the water heater. I have been using Sean Fixes Johns for nearly two years now. He has installed a complete toilet system in our house, fixed our plumbing in the upstairs bathroom, and most recently, when it was terribly cold outside, our neighbor had a pipe that burst and put thousands of gallons of water into our basement.

Sean answered our emergency call right away and stopped by the house where nearly 4 feet of water was in the basement. He spent nearly 9 hours running three sump pumps to try to clear the basement. Then he came a second day and did it all over again because the neighbor had not had the city turn off the water for their busted pipe. The second day, he spent nearly the same amount of time clearing the basement and then rigged a nice sump pump line to ensure the basement would stay clear if any residual water came in.

The job was fantastic and his pricing was fair. He was nice enough to check in on the house and call a few times to make sure that the basement had stayed clear after the second time.

Having a unique problem and after several attempts to have people attempt to correct a hosing situation to a floatation tank one call to Sean solved the problem that has been an issue for my business for about 6 weeks now. I first called Sean for a residential emergency on a Sunday, when my “home warranty” company would not help with my busted hot water heater. He came right over and was honest as they come. Prices also being very reasonable, I continued to use his services over the bigger companies, due to his amazing customer service.
Eight years later, I called him for commercial plumbing needs at Gringos Taqueria and received the same great service at even better rates.

I HIGHLY recommend hiring Sean Fixes Johns! I hired Sean to come fix a clogged toilet for me a few weeks ago and have more recently spoken to him regarding another plumbing issue. When he fixed the toilet, he was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, on time, and honest! When this other issue came up, I immediately thought to contact him again remembering the awesome experience I had prior, grabbed his card, and called. I explained the problem and he was honest that it would be an issue my landlord should cover. It is so hard these days to find someone who is extremely knowledgeable, honest, fair, and someone you can just trust to do a high quality job without trying to take advantage of you and Sean has all those qualities. On Friday afternoon at 6:45pm while unhooking washer for movers on moving day, closed the hot and cold faucets, but the gate valve on the cold supply would not close 100% and continued to drip/leak out. Called Sean to scheduled to have gate valve replaced. Rather than charging an emergency service fee, Sean offered a simple DIY repair over the phone (including texting the exact part at the nearest Home Depot with aisle and bay number) that saved me hundreds of dollars. Rare quality in a true professional to be honest and save the customer money. Would definitely recommend and use Sean in the future!

Had a new bathroom sink and vanity installed. Drain pipe was partially blocked by drawer slide. Called to see if he could help me after calling several other companies. I have 100% belief in this company. I needed three projects at my condo: kitchen renovation, replace hot water heater & drain pan, and change & relocate the outside deck faucet. Steve came in reviewed all three, gave me a very reasonable quote which I agreed to and in a couple of days came and completed all three projects in one day. There was cooper as well as pex piping and he can do it all. Very nice guy who comes in does the job keeping the project areas clean and tests everything before signing off. Quickly explained the problem (with one of the toilets), fixed it, and checked out the other one. He also gave me some info for me to fix the second toilet, should I have the same issue. My shower was leaking profusely and it was a Friday afternoon and I was worried about a huge water bill. I called several plumbers and one of them told me it would be Monday at the soonest.
