Not only exceptional customer service, but prompt and thorough! We recently had some problems with our dishwasher and they were out the next day and had the problem fixed! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Keep away. They don't complete the job as promised.

My hose valve was leaking. They came to fix. Not too much time after, it leaked again. They came back to fix. All of this is great until...

The plumber (Eric) says we have to change the valve. He said that it might break the valve. If so, then, we might have to break brick or work from the outside. When I inquired, He said that they will do the job including the brick and I had nothing to worry about. They will even contact the home builder or home builders they work with to get someone out to close the big hole he broke in the brick wall on the outside of the house. Knowing that, and after he called his supervisor (Denis) to get permission to have someone sent out after he breaks the wall, I approve the fix and him to break the wall provided he will fix it which he confirmed multiple time.

Eric left after he fixed the valve but not the wall. And told me the brick guy will come shortly after company arranges it. I waited for the day and no one came. I also waited the next day then I called them because I was worried because it will rain in 2 days!!

The receptionist (Chelsea) told me we don't fix walls and that I have to sort it out. I explained what happenned and they contacted Denis and Eric, who have confirmed that I was told that someone will come out to fix the brick. However, Chelsea told me we apologize for the miscommunication, we are a plumbing company and will not do the brick wall despite plumber (eric) saying so. They would not even provide referrals from brick repair contractors and were not willing to help in any way. She just kept repeating the above quoted phrase!

Now I have a day to try and find someone before the rain comes in and dont know where to start. If i was told it was my responsibility, i would have not approved the fix until i planned for someone to take care of the brick!!

To summarize:
- they don't keep their word;
- had to come out multiple times for the same job,
- would not cooperate even if they are fault and admit it

Stay away and seek ethical plumbers. It is unfortunate that their name is Cathedral!

Mike fixed my leaking faucet. He was very professional and left the area nice and clean. He explained what work would be done upfront, so I was not surprised at the end. I would definitely recommend Cathedral Plumbing of Texas.. Great Job !!

Great plumbers and customer service. Plumber was able to remove a gigantic rock (pretty much this size of the pipe) from my pipe without having to tear up my floors and get directly to it.

Heard a line spraying in the attic. Called Cathedral, as they were who plumbed the house. Within an hour, Eric was onsite, diagnosing the problem and had it resolved within 10 minutes of arriving. (Rodent chewed through the line)

The only thing I can't review about them it's their price point, because they wouldn't bill me for the work. Just a thank you for being an existing customer and have a nice day.

A real human answers the phone, response is quick, they place value in existing customers, and staff is knowledgeable. That checks all my boxes.

HONESTY. That's what you want when you need something fixed and you're no expert. Brandon was extremely nice and honest to help me get past the issues I was seeing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Bryan was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He had my garbage disposal unclogged very quickly

I called Cathedral on a Monday morning, 15 minutes before they opened, due to draining issue in my house. They immediately rerouted a plumber to my house. They diagnosed the problem with this neat camera and showed me the issue. Everyone I dealt with, from the office personnel to the onsite plumber, was extremely professional and helpful. I will use them again without hesitation.

I don't think I have ever written a 5 star review for a company I didn't use. But I can't help but want to give recognition to Brandon Harrison. We are watching a friends house in this very cold snow storm and we were going to check on it today. As I drove up to the house I saw Brandon's truck sitting outside the house and a massive frozen stream of water in the road. I got out and Brandon approached me asking if this was my house because there was a massive leak. As I went into frantic mode, Brandon calmly stated to follow the leak and let's see what is wrong. He without hesitation treaded through the muddy, icy cold water to find a blow irrigation line. He ran to his truck to grab a tool and explained he had to shut off the main irrigation line. After some digging around we found the box and were able to turn off the line to the house solving the massive water leak. Remind you, this was something Brandon was doing because he is a good person, not because I hired him to be there. He didn't charge me a dime and didn't expect anything. He only wanted to help, If this is the type of employees this company has, then I have no doubt they are a quality company. I luckily grabbed Brandon's card and will now only use this company for any plumbing needs I could have in the future. Thank you Brandon for being a top notch person.

I am a Building & Engineering Contractor Licenses June 19, 1982, 36 years ago. I am also a Texas Public Adjuster and provided AAA Judicial Services for 17 years having taken an oath of office. I am telling you this because we had problem in our own home and called Cathedral when my deadbeat friends at Robert Johnson Plumbing never showed up after bidding the repairs. No call, no text, nothing- - - so I tried someone new. Brandon and Mark came out. I found them knowledgeable, hard working, no nonsense guys. I had a bid on one item at $1,040 they got done for $375. That is, no baloney trip charges and services fees, etc., just good, hard work at a fair price. I have spent thousand with them, these guys do quality work and have the best available equipment from cameras, to hydro-jet to you name it. They spared no expense to make us happy and turn out a professional product; WHICH IS WHY I DON NOT HESITATE TO REFER THEM (I usually do not do this).

On August 7, 2018 we used the services of Cathedral Plumbing to address an issue with our master bathroom toilet. The plumber, Brandon, was professional and took the time needed to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

The plumber from Cathedral Plumbing just came and left.  J. Shane Fulmer was the plumber who visited my townhome.  He was rude and inconsiderate throughout the whole ordeal.  When I explained to him the situation, he replied that the water drain was not to be used that way and acted like I didn't know how to properly flush the water heater.  I tried to show him the video of the leakage and he didn't even bother to look at it.  When I asked him if I'm supposed to just carry 5 gallons of vinegar while climbing down the ladder from the attic (Our water heater is located in the upstairs attic) once I finish flushing, he sarcastically answers yes.  J. Shane Fulmer lacked any form of customer service and was a waste of my time.

Called for a plumber to come and take a look at my water heater. I asked for pricing and the person who first answered who I think is named Cody or Boady told me that there was no pricing over the phone but they were able to send a plumber out to me at no obligation, which I didn’t mind. He was professional and courteous. David came out and looked at my water heater for me and gave me an estimate to have it replaced. He seemed fair and professional and very nice, and I am considering the offer, but wanted to share the amount of professionalism and trust I experienced from Cathedral Plumbing.

I would highly recommend Brandon Harrison from Cathedral Plumbing for any plumbing or leakage needs. Brandon is a genius and has expertise to quickly identify the root cause of leakage.
This morning we had a leakage in our new home on the second floor and the water was all draining onto the first floor. Brandon came to help us, within an hour he identified the root cause. There was a pipe leakage in one of second floor room. It was due to a nail that was inserted into the pipe due to the molding. He quickly fixed it and did a great job.

I would like to say I was in the home building business for 12 years. I have seen a lot of bad service over the years and quite frankly didn’t know what to expect from “another plumber”. Folks, this is not just another plumber. These guys are exceptional. They came out to my house to fix some stuff that they really didn’t need to fix. There is no way plumbers that worked for me in the past would do anything more than what was in their contract. Cathedral does what’s right for folks. You don’t see this anymore in any kind of service, especially construction. Brandon came out to my house and did an outstanding job. He did the work needed, cleaned up, and was just a nice guy to be around. I will recommend Cathedral Plumbing to anyone needing a quality plumber. I can’t say enough good about them.

Cathedral Plumbing was able to get out same day to help fix issues that were left undone by previous plumbing company. David showed up went right to work diagnosing the issue. Attempted to fix the issue with the least invasive and most cost effective option. Once he determined the issue was much deeper in the pipes, he gave me a quote for the cost of the repair before starting any work. He did a great job clearing the issue in a timely manner and then cleaned up everything before leaving the job site. I would recommend them for work anytime.

We had a sewage back up and called a plumber. They came out and told us that the fittings were not done right. They dug up a four foot square hole seven feet deep. I called our builder and he put us in touch with Cathedral Plumbing.
I cannot say enough about the profesional young man who came out. Brandon Harrison. He went above and beyond to cure the problem.

Reckless driver. Swerving and cutting off multiple cars.

They were our third call to correct our plumbing issue. The prior two calls (one you see commercials on every morning on local TV) could not make their appointment times - not even close and notified at the last minute. Cathedral explained the process to us and over delivered by showing up just as promised and their tech got the work done quickly so I could get to the office. Great service every step of the way! Our new go to plumber.

We contacted them for a second opinion on what we thought was a clogged drain but the first plumber was insistent that we had a slab leak (the first one we found that was avail ASAP). Michael C came out and was very thorough in his explanations as to his approach and how he could remedy our situation. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He got the job done quickly. I would absolutely recommend this company and, when we need any plumbing to be done, will use them in the future!! Thank you so much!!

We have been in our new house for 4 years next month. I thought Cathedral only did construction work. They did the plumbing in our house originally. Today they sent out 3 guys for an issue, which could have been ruled normal maintenance and that we would have been responsible for ourselves.

We didn't know that when we called, because frankly, another plumbing company that we paid $150 sent us down a path where we thought we had an issue with the way the house was originally constructed.

Cathedral came out and quickly determined the problem and resolved it. They did not charge us, but that is not the point. The courtesy and service were second-to-none! I will be using Cathedral for all future plumbing needs!!

Outstanding service from Robert @ Cathedral- he explained all service details and fixed our issue in a quick & timely fashion.

Some other company no showed , a second company kept rescheduling, Chad says he'll make a call and Cathedral Plumbing was at our house within the hour, on a Friday late in the day. He intriduced himself at the door, politely and put on shoe covers before entering. Explained the process, and asked if he could get started. Fixed the problem and I could tell he was workin hard yet never a complaint. Cleaned up the mess as well, it was a great experience given the circumstances.

Cathedral did the plumbing on my house (5 years old). There is a leak in the upstairs bathroom causing the ceiling on the first floor to sag. When I called they let me know it would be a week before they could come out. Poor quality of work and poor customer service. Use them at your own risk but be prepared to have a more professional company come and fix their mistakes.

Professional and courteous. Brandon and Jeff found the source of the leak quickly and was able to diagnose the compression fitting came loose. Fitting was tightened and i now have water to my house again. Thank you.

They used to be a very good plumbing company however they changed their policies to be only on new builds and with 2 year warranties. That does not seem like a good business plan in the long run to me however maybe they were just had too much business. Either way they implemented some exclusive business plans that is not working with the greater public. Their loss!!!!

The company was very quick to respond and the estimate provided was reasonable. The technician, Tommy, was clearly a very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable plumber. He kept everything clean and had no problem answering all my questions. Should I have another plumbing issue, this will be the first company I call.

I was VERY happy with the work. Mike A. was very friendly and knowledgeable. He wore booties in the house, which was greatly appreciated and left the work area clean. He did an EXCELLENT job. I will be recommending Cathedral Plumbing to my friends and will be calling Cathedral Plumbing for all my jobs in the future.

My elderly parents had a spigot break off in the backyard late at night and we had to cut all water off from the house. When I called our regular plumber the next morning, they could not guarantee a plumber out that day. I gave Cathedral a call and they said they could have a plumber out by afternoon and if someone became available they would send them out as soon as possible, within 15 minutes I got a call that the plumber was on the way. Brian was so professional and listened to our concerns and our needs. The quote was good and even gave me different options. He had it fixed in by 1pm. Cathedral is now my families plumbing company. Just had Brandon Harrison come service leaky kitchen faucet. On time, courteous, answered all my questions. On top of that, the fix was FREE because it was just due to some loose parts that he tightened. Will certainly use for any future plumbing needs!!

I called Cathedral Plumbing and kind of joked aroround about how the truck was around the corner from my house and it would be amazing if he was able to come over. I get a call back 20 min later saying “we will be there soon. Didn’t have an encounter with this company other than one of their drivers in a company truck tailgating me while I was on HW114, he then raced around me and rolled his window down and did some mouthing and hand motions. Called in with a tankless water heater issue on Sunday morning at 10:30am, Jessica and Brandon went way above beyond in customer service and professionalism. I want to thank both of them for having hot water back up and running by 1:30pm that same Sunday. Their service and tenacity was top notch. Thank you guys so much. Plumber Brandon Harrison is the Best that I have ever dealt with, he is on the highest level of professionalism, timely, neat and accurate in locating the cause of the plumbing issue. Brandon's work was performed like a great surgeon. If plumbers were knives, he would be a razor, If they were lights, he would be a laser. Job well done!

We hired a Cathedral Plumbing to begin a job at our home in mid-December that required digging under our foundation to repair an old cast iron sewer pipe. They subcontracted the digging of the tunnels and then stopped working. We called them on January 5th to find out what was going on with our job because we were becoming concerned about the integrity of our home's foundation due to the rain in our area and the standing water in the tunnels. When we spoke to the owner he told us, they had made mistakes. He informed us he wanted to come out the next day to refund all of our money. We were upset and told him we wanted an engineer's report and the work finished, and he said for him to complete the job, we would have to sign a waiver. We refused to sign a release without knowing or understanding what damages they have caused. He says he mailed a termination letter and will no longer even answer our calls. We are now left trying to figure out what has happened to our home and find someone to fix whatever it is that Cathedral has done.

The Carrolton office was call by my wife, and Robert came and did a excellent job.I watched his every step and it was excellent. He did the job in a timely manner and if every tech is like Robert, Cathedral I would recemmed every time.

Jeff is an honest and talented technician. I would definitely call him back when in need of plumbing work again.

We had a non-emergency issue with one of the faucets in the master bath, it had developed a drip. We called Cathedral who does the warranty work for our home even though the builder warranty had expired a few months earlier. Charles and an apprentice arrived - on time - and diagnosed the issue quickly. Even though the home warranty had expired they explained to us that the hardware itself has a lifetime mfr warranty and I could save the money on parts by calling the manufacturer. Since this was not an emergency, and we have a dual vanity anyways, we opted to save the money (we just left the water off to that faucet). After they left I got a call from Amanda with Cathederal customer service who provided me with the model, part #, and phone # of the manufacturer. She said as soon as the parts come in call me back at my extension and I will get someone scheduled to come and install the parts. After the parts arrived Brandon (service plumber) came over to install the parts. He was also right on time and had the parts installed and the sink back to working order.
This is a long post but I had interaction with 4 employees and they all were Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Prompt. We really appreciated them letting us know about the lifetime warranty and giving us the option to save on the cost of parts. We also like that they arrived both times in clearly marked vehicles and presented us with business cards with their names. Both times they were respectful of our home by putting on shoe covers and cleaning up the work area before they left.
We will definitely be using Cathedral and recommending them for all the reasons above.

Had Tommy out to repair our tankless water heaters another plumbing company improperly installed . Very honest and knowledgeable about tankless systems, peopleon phone very helpfuland empathetic. Thank You cathedral plumbing.

I recently had this Co. Out after reading reviews what a great Co. It was. Sadly I was very disappointed. I called to set up an appointment to have estimate on my sewer drains to be inspected after I had foundation Co. Come and level home. The plumbers set up a time they were available to come and run a Camera thru drains for inspection. They did in about a half hour and told My wife that we had rotted drains and lines needed replace under home. Price $18000.00 she called to tell me this I said do they have a video showing such damage. She told me wrote it up s estimate. This is far from being a proof of damage. I have been calling and calling asking for proof. Everytime the answere we are working in on it. All I need is someone in this Co. Is to show me evidence of the drain System damage after I paid them $225.00 for their findings .
Disappointed.

I have had the unfortunate fate of dealing a lot with Cathedral Plumbing . They are the plumbers who did my New house and also respond to warranty calls . We first had leak in a faucet , it was replaced but the handles were not installed , i could not do it myself since it uses a special screw . I have had to deal with them on another occasion , this time it was not their fault ,the tech they sent was good . The other issue i had with them is my water meter box is not installed correctly . it does not sit flush in the grooves of the pipe like it needs to . I am unable to install my smart meter correctly and it also floods the box with water from irrigation .

Dennis Rawlins a support manager reached out to me and apologized and promised to correct the issue . He sent a very friendly tech Brandon who fixed my issues . It was 15 minutes of worth of work and we both are happy . I would not hold one experience against them . so updating my review . Since the support structure works like it should .

The driver was not being responsible on the road....going in and out of traffic he almost hit me..... called the company the person who answered the phone wanted to know what color the person was driving the van...I told the lady here is the license plate LMP1897 this was a Mercedes Benz style van is this your plate number? The lady said I will let the manager know....
Not sure if anything came of it....If their driver's are driving unprofessionally then the company maybe unprofessional.

Cathedral were helpful in installing a toilet for free after the last one broke during the installation. Michael was helpful, friendly and informative. Even after the warranty was up, they installed a new pump.

I called and make an appointment to have them come out and clear out some drains that have been running slow. The day of the appointment I call them at 4:30pm wondering if they were coming out and they say they don’t have a record of me in their system... So I can’t speak to their work, but their scheduling system is atrocious.

Quick appointment, knowledgeable and great service

Had a new refrigerator delivered & the water hose for ice maker immediately broke. Called Cathedral plumbing & they were able to come out within a hour & half. Fixed broken hose & put in extra turn-off valves if needed in future. Also checked to make sure plumbing was correct for new dishwasher.

Brandon Harrison came to our home twice in one day. First, early in the afternoon Brandon installed our faucet and disposal. He was very courteous, professional and honest. We really liked him. Later that evening we experienced a sewage backup and to our surprise Brandon was the plumber on call. We were happy to see him because we had such a good experience earlier in the day. We recently had an issue with Kitchen sink drain and garbage disposal. The customer service of Cathedral Plumbing was very helpful and responsive when we called them. The best part was that they took care of service at no cost though we were out of warranty period by more than few months, which would have costed a lot otherwise. Patrick was amazing!! I had so much trouble finding someone who could work on my natural gas tank-less water heater and actually know what they were doing. They didn't have the specific part in stock but he knew how important it was to me that my hot water was turned back on for my 3 kids and the moment the parts came in he came out to my house and repaired it for me! I was experiencing a foul, sulfuric, sewer odor in my half bath downstairs. John with Cathedral Plumbing came out on a Sunday morning. He was prompt.
In less than two hours time, John had diagnosed the problem, fixed it and cleaned up afterwards. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty and dispose of a dead rodent that was discovered in the tank closet.
Although it was not part of the initial service call, he even took the time to check the water flow and temperature of my upstairs master bathroom tub.
As if all of this wasn't enough, he even cracked a few jokes as he worked that left me in stitches.
I can't say enough about John.

Took time out of my day waiting for them to show up and they never did I called and was told that the appointment was never made joke of a company don’t waste your time

So far so good. I called on a Friday for an estimate to switch from 2, 50-gallon tank hot water heaters which were near death to a single Navien NPE-240A tankless. Amanda was able to schedule two of their plumbers, Terry Don and Jeff, to come out Monday (the next work day). No charge for them to come out (Baker Bros charged us $39 just to come out and give us an estimate-to be applied to the installation if we chose them, and Frymire didn't even respond). Terry Don and Jeff came over on Monday as promised, and with a very competitive estimate, the same two guys were able to get to work the following morning. Great turn time, and I particularly liked that it was the same guys who gave me the quote. They were very thorough and professional, and cleaned up their work. Since this is our first tankless hot water heater, I'll update this review in the future once we see how the new tankless water heater works, if there are any issues, and how Cathedral responds. I definitely recommend Cathedral to any residential owner who needs any type of plumbing work done from clearing a clog to new installation.

UPDATE: It's been about 9 months, and we've had no mechanical or installation problems with the tankless water heater at all. Everything's working as advertised.

Yesterday afternoon I heard that dreaded clanking noise coming from my garbage disposal. Unsure who to call, I reached out to Cathedral Plumbing. Easy, smooth, simple, wonderful! I would highly recommend Cathedral Plumbing of Texas. I had water leak on hose bib. Michael was very polite, professional and did a great job. He replaced frost spigot with minimum mortar damage. He gave me winter plumbing tips how to keep pipes from freezing. Job was done in less than 20 mins. I could not be happier. Not long ago I had water leak issues in my brand new home my warranty company sent from a AC technician to a roof company none of them were able to discovered what was causing the water leak until Brandon C. Harrison came he was the only one to figured out what was causing the water leak which it was not Plummling related but thanks to him the roofers were able to figure out the problem. Just today he came back again to replace a toilet that was giving us trouble, he did a excellent job, this guy is beyond polite and professional. We are beyond happy with cathedral pluming.

You never really appreciate running water until you don't have it. This past weekend as my daughter finished up her bath, the shower cartridge valve stuck in the open position and wouldn't turn off. After taking the handle off, I quickly realized it was a bigger job than I could tackle. So I shut the water off at the street until we could find someone to get it fixed.
I called Cathedral plumbing first thing Monday morning because they had worked with Lennar homes to build the house several years ago. Britney was super responsive and professional and checked to see what they could do on short notice. She was able to get approval for a service tech near my area to make a stop and fix the issue that day!!! And for a great price.
When Terrydon arrive right on time, he was super nice and diagnosed and fixed the shower in no time at all. I really can't say enough about Cathedral plumbing. But I can say I would definitely use them again if I have another plumbing issue. Thanks Cathedral.

Brandon was great! He came out after hours to check on our gas odor and was great. He explained a lot to me in the process and ran a pressure test to make sure everything was safe before going on his way. Highly recommend!

I got a call from Cathedral Plumbing today telling me that they will be there this morning. Brandon and Todd arrived on time to the house to see why our gas stove had weak flame. They were very professional and friendly and spent time to explain their findings to us and answered all our questions. They were incredibly transparent and honest about our options and in the end told us it may be our stove appliance because there was nothing wrong with gas pipes, to my surprise charged us nothing after all that work!! Made two appointments to fix a relatively simple dishwasher clog, the first wasn’t even scheduled in the system by the rep I talked to and the next I had to cancel because the plumber didn’t arrive during the 4-hour window and we couldn’t wait any longer.

Brandon and Harrison was very nice and professional guy. He find out a big piece of brick is stuck in the sewer line and get that hooked up in his big spring tool and boom everything got cleared out. It was nice and smooth..some other guy would have simply pushed that brick piece into street sewer ..but he find out a way to get that out..

And while he was looking into a separate issue at our house, he noticed a hot water heater that wasn't properly capped and was releasing carbon monoxide into the attic. He immediate fixed the issue. This company is responsible for all the plumbing in my new subdivision for the Beazer Communty. im not sure if these guys are actually trained and licensed plumber but they are are lacking skills. From the rough-in piping looking like a 3 year old did it, to the holes the drilled through the studs that look like thewy were made with a chisel. (A paddle bit set or hole saw kit cost like $20 and its much easier to work with.) With that being said my foundation had a leak, which had to be cored, delaying my house 2 months and failing inspection. After the walls went up and fixtures were installed, there was another water leak inside the wall. This second leak lead me to believe that they didn't even do a pressure test on the system. I'm sure cathedral will blame the foundation guys but with all the shoty craftsmanship its easy to figured out who the culprit. most of the issues would not have added any extra time to the installed if it was done right. For the price of the house and Beazers so called craftsmanship protocol, Compared to the other builders plumbing company, these guys are amature's. I don't think these guys own any levels. They didn't even do a good job when my toilet had a bent trip lever when, instead of replacing it, they tried to fix it doing a half-as job. ($5 part they should carry on the trucks) So now my toilet runs constantly unless you giggle the handle. keep in mind this a brand new house.

If you plan on using these guys to do a new construction install or remodel I would highly recommend finding someone else to contract. They might be good at fixing a clogged toilet but building new houses is not they're strong suit. I will be uploading pictures later.

Our garbage installation came with a pleasant surprise. The dishwasher finally started cleaning to expectations. Nice recommendations and installations from Mark.

We had a shower valve replacement done in one of our bathrooms because it was leaking badly and was also very out of date . Brandon came out to do the job and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing for us . He explained what needed to be done. I was nervous about him having to cut into my sheet rock to get to the pipes, but he did a fantastic job!! I’ve had different contractors out to my house in the past several months to do other repairs and updates to my home . Most of them left a mess for me to clean up after they left or they damaged or broke things . Brandon was very neat and cleaned up any mess that he made . It was nice to see young man with such professionalism take pride in his work . It was not just a job to him . I could tell he really enjoyed what he does . I will definitely be calling them to do the plumbing work in my second bathroom !

David Garlock, the DR Horton warranty plumber was a God send on a Friday night when I noticed water leaking from the ceiling of my new home, David was the only one who came out within 2 hours of contact to help mitigate an urgent matter. He took the initiative to assess and determine the source of the leak. He helped me with contacting my home builder, warranty company, and HVAC contractor and helping with providing thorough documentation and photos. He followed up with me within a few days to make sure the issue was getting resolved with the appropriate entity. David’s customer service skills were superb, and he went above and beyond my expectations. He truly has a caring heart for his clients.

They fixed my hot water heater for 200 dollars while a competitor suggested I replace it. They are very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I had a warranty call serviced by Cathedral Plumbing and after going through a few other issues with our new home. It was nice to have our service tech Cody come through and take care of what needed to be fixed. He answered my questions, was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

These guys did the plumbing for my new home and apparently not a good job at it. Also have a drain backed up in our new home they installed and flooded my laundry room. Poor quality of work and still waiting for them to arrive to fix it. They were supposed to be out last night, never showed and never called that they would not arrive. Called this morning and they told me between 8 and 12, never showed up and now they are telling me it was really 12-5. Just a bunch of lies from this company who are not concerned about their workmanship or actually taking care of their issues. Steer away from them at all costs if you can. Be wary of any builder who uses them.

I had a horrible smell in my guest bathroom (don't laugh). We could not figure out what was causing the smell. Cathedral came out and did several tests. They determined that it was the P-trap of the tub/shower. They corrected the problem and my bathroom smells much better :)

Cathedral is by far the most responsive plumbing company I've ever dealt with. I called for what I thought might be a warranty issue (turned out to be young kids needing to be re-educated about the use of TP) and to have my kitchen gas line changed on 3 Jun 2019. I expected a day or two wait, but Troy was at my home within an hour or so of my call. He's great! He reset toilet water levels, showed me a plumber's test to tell if there's an obstruction in the toilets, and just to ensure there really wasn't any problem more than my kids using too much TP, he ran a camera through our sewer pipe to check for blockages. For the gas line, he had to fight that thing so hard it worried me for a minute when the strain was making him turn rather purple. Seems the installers of the range had tried to adjust the fit by overtightening the fitting just a wee bit too much. Troy didn't know I had my phone out ready to call for help by the time the fitting came loose, but he got it loose without complaint. The new range took a couple dry fits to get right because of the limited space available, but he made sure it fit exactly right before he was done. And all the while he was answering questions from me about water leak detectors and other plumbing issues without missing a beat. Cathedral Plumbing is our go to company and Troy is our go to plumber.

I've used Cathedral Plumbing twice since I learned they were actually a local company and warranty their work. They showed up on time, were professional and fixed the problem quickly. I felt the charges were fair. I've had mixed experiences with plumbers in the past, so this was very appreciated and I will call them again when needed.

I would advise you all to stay as far away as possible from this company, very unprofessional from the beginning.
Not only did they say the problem was fixed and leave on a happy note, but now not even 48 hours later and my room is flooded with water, what an inconvenience. All of my things are ruined in my room and there’s some things I can’t get back. I rarely leave a bad review, I’m all for leaving great reviews for great service but this is UNACCEPTABLE. Somebody needs to take fault for their work and the damage that has been caused.
Even with the leaks and prior to their work, my room didn’t flood, someone messed something up.

Called Cathedral Plumbing Thursday evening about a leak at the kitchen sink. They scheduled me for service the next morning between 8-10 and sure enough they called and said the service man would be out first thing and he arrived around 8:30. The technicians name is Brandon Harrison and he was very polite, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem (which was minor) and waited to make sure there were no other problems. I highly recommend Cathedral Plumbing to everyone in their service area.

Great folks working for this company. When I called for a repair service, the customer service representative told me I was outside my 90 days warranty period . However, the customer service representative spoke with her manager and was able to get me a one time service visit at my house to fix the issue at no cost. When the plumber came, he was a very nice person and made me feel comfortable with the job being performed. He took the timeout to explain what he was doing so that i can reform this task myself, if the same issue exist in the future. I am very pleased with the customer service representative and plumber. I recommend this company to anyone seeking kind and experience individuals.

For reference-this company did the plumbing in my brand new home while it was being built this year. I’ve been in the house for about 3 months. This past Saturday I was working in my office when I noticed that my carpet was saturated and when I started moving things to see where the water was coming from I realized it was starting to grow mold. I put in my work order with my builder and when I didn’t get a response right away (they don’t work weekends) I called cathedral on Sunday to see if I could get them to send someone out because they are the company that does the warranty work on my home when I have plumbing issues. With an active leak, I needed them there that day but I was told by the person running their on call (Hannah) that it was a freeze break (because I stated the outside hose bib was just on the other side of the wall where the leak was) and they would call me Monday to schedule. Mind you, this girl is not a plumber nor could she see what was going on behind my wall. So their plumber came and fixed the issue, did a fantastic job (it was NOT the hose bib, one of the connections wasn’t put on properly and it had probably been leaking since I moved in). I called to speak with Luis about the issue with them refusing to send someone out on a Sunday for an active leak and I was told they couldn’t transfer me or give me any kind of contact info for him and they would let him know I called if he came by. I’m not happy with their office’s customer service and people who don’t know what they’re talking about trying to diagnose a problem over the phone and then refusing service for an obviously active leak that was coming to the inside of my home. This issue with someone in their office basically working outside her scope needs to be addressed.

Todd came to my home , he was very cooperative. He took few hours and detected the right place where the leak was . I’m very much satisfied with the work .

Came home on a Sunday afternoon and had water across my garage. Found out that my water heater’s expansion tank had fallen from the cheap bracket the builder put in just a couple of years ago. I called Cathedral Plumbing and Brandon H. was at my home within an hour. He is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly service man. He quickly identified the issue and had me setup with a more secure mounting system for the tank. So that I wouldn’t have any future issues he also redid the piping back to the bent elbow in case it weakened from the tank falling. They’ve made a longtime customer with the great service. We’ll be calling Cathedral Plumbing next time we have a plumbing issue or new project.

After our local utility company turned off our gas due to a leak, I phoned Cathedral plumbing in the middle of our Texas snowstorm and Nicole answered. She was cheerful and took down my information. She asked for my address and let me know someone would show up in an hour. I was blown away how nice she was during all of the chaos. The plumber Brandon Harris showed up again I was blown away due to our weather conditions. He listened to the information and was determined to find our gas leak. He was digging in frozen ground and found the leak! I was so grateful that we were able to at least confirm we had a leak. He was professional and did everything he could to keep smiling despite the circumstance. The cathedral team scheduled my fix and was prompt and worked closely and covered every detail to get my gas turned back on. They answered every question that I have being that I was nervous and cold during this whole process. I can't say enough about this team their attention to detail, professionalism, caring attitude and their ability to care about people. I am thankful for their service and attitude.

I had a main line clog that was backing up sewage into my shower. We called Cathedral because our home warranty used them. Brandon H. showed up and he was so kind, professional, and did a fantastic repair. He was thorough from start to finish with explaining the problem and how we would address it, to fixing it properly and then showing me what he had done through the drain camera and finally cleaning up not only his materials but the sewage mess for me. I was so impressed and appreciative of him and his work.

They helped my mom today in dealing with an issue she didn't understand completely. They were informative, courteous, and very quick to respond.
