My experience with Jerry has been exceptional he came through at the right time. I called several plumbers before him and they would quote me extremely high prices and they would tell me I have to do this and that and I literally broke out tears because I thought I would have to spend thousands of dollars for my plumbing issue. A family member referred me to Jerry and he immediately new what had to be done and did it efficiently. He is honest, patient and kind and will work with you. I recommend Jerry the plumber to anyone.

Very professional and prompt. Came and fixed a toilet and ending up replacing the entire thing. Would recommend.

Jerry answered my call on a Saturday, provided a fair quote over the phone. He followed up with another call on his way over, we had to pick up parts to complete the install. He came back on a Sunday after gathering the necessary parts, very polite, clean and professional. He offered to remove our old fixtures free of charge unlike other contractors. He is licensed and bonded and a great contractor! We highly recommend!

Honest pricing and a great value for the quality of work. Jerry came out and replaced my water heater that started leaking and stopped producing hot water. He met me at my house after hours to look at the water heater and was able to do the job the next morning. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable about his craft. He was also much more reasonably priced than every other company I received estimates from. We were looking to remove/replace shower surrounds in both bathrooms. After getting quotes from multiple companies we found Austin Plumbing. Their quote was half the cost other companies were charging for 1 shower. Due to the amazing prices we ended up completely remodeling BOTH bathrooms & we still saved money! Our new bathrooms are gorgeous! Jerry Austin is very knowledgeable. In addition to plumbing work he has tons of general contractor experience. He was able to address issues as they arose & came up with brilliant solutions. We have several other projects to do around our 60 yr old home. Austin Plumbing will be our first & only call when we are ready to tackle other projects.

We had an old tub shower insert completely replaced with new shower insert and drain and hardware. Any issues from the older house were handled easily and professionally. They worked hard to keep the areas clean and did a very professional job and were personable and very polite and easy to talk to or ask questions. The bid was half the price of any others we had looked at and very reasonable. The entire job was completed in just three days the drywall replaced and textured and painted as well. We now have a beautiful new shower to enjoy for years to come. Thank you Austin Plumbing.
