I've never personally have used Pearson's Plumbing and Heating, but i can tell you about the employees of this company. my name is Greg, and the other day i was stranded in front of Ralph's grocery store, apparently my key battery died, and i was unable to open my door. Being a young African-American male I was reluctant, and quite nervous to jerry rig my own car in fear of profiling from others that I was stealing a car. for 25 minutes I tried everything from coat hangar to pliers trying to open my door. Many people looked at me, some even stood to watch me, one passerby even got on her phone and pointed in my direction, I was frightened she was going to the call the police. thats when I noticed a Pearsons&Plumbing van park right near my car. A caucasian male with a grey beard step out of his car, he saw me struggling trying to get into my car, and offered assistant, he gave me some wedges and other tools to try to unlock the car. He even stayed with me for over and hour trying to rig the car door rod through my window gap. he even assisted me with road side assistant. I was so shook by this mans kindness and good samaritan gesture. together we finally managed to open my car after and hour and a half of struggling. I shook this man hand offered to buy him a beer, which he denied. I then proceeded to ask for his name he said Chris. This mans kindness is a reflection of this company. I hope karma awards him, and his team! I will promote his company & recommend it to anyone. thank you Chris. Your good deed will not be forgotten.

I called to get a set of keys out of the toilet that were accidentally drooped. When the plumber, arrived he told me it would $175 for just coming out, $250 to go into the toilet, and $ for this $ for that .. none of this has been communicated prior to his arrival. I told him to leave but did pay the $175 service fee. The next day .. another plumber came out and retrieved my keys. I shouldn’t have paid the $175 but ? Idk 🤷🏼‍♂️..

A job well done! I was having problems getting quotes from other companies, not even a best/worst case scenario rough pricing. I've been price gouged for plumbing before, and it isn't fun having to pay half-a-rent's money to install a cheap part in a toilet. He quoted a fair price, communicated his schedule well, and came over when he said he would. I would recommend to others.

Had a water softener installed and they were awesome! They gave me a full quote over the phone and no hidden fees. They had some of the best prices in town and included all installation fees in the quote. Had it scheduled as soon as the unit came in and they worked fast. They even noticed a leak in my newly installed water heater and saved me a lot of headache. Cannot recommend Hydro Plumbing enough.

Efficient and knowledgeable plumbers! The on-site team quickly diagnosed and repaired my toilet, restoring its functionality. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. Trustworthy choice for toilet repair needs.

Not great!

Why five stars? Well, I walked into my garage and found water pouring out of the bottom of my water heater. I immediately called The Water Heater guys (trusting the online reviews) and to my surprise, they offered to come replace the water heater right away.

Long story short, I called them at 1pm and had a new water heater installed before 4pm, the same day. Price was good for a gas heater, with no upcharges for new parts etc.

Great friendly guys... So happy I decided to give them a call!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. There is one gentleman that has come out to my apartment a couple of times and quickly got to a solution. Every time, they have diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely matter. Will recommend

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Technician was able to repair the leaking pipe in about an hour. He was extremely helpful in educating us about possible repairs and other issues that may arise. We were also given estimates to help us budget for our next plan of action. Highly recommend Jaguar Plumbing!

The office was really nice on the phone and they called prior to the job and showed up on time as promised.They work was done in a timely, professional and accurate manner.The price was what I expected with no surprises.I recommend them!

Armando at Eastlake is amazing and saved us SO much money!! We will be customers for life. We bought our first home recently and the inspector noted polybutylene piping in the attic that would need replacing, as it has been recalled. We set out to get 3 different quotes once we got our keys and we are SO glad Armando was referred to us! The first company came and quoted us $16k without drywall replacement!! We almost died! The second company didn't even show up for the appointment. Thankfully, Armando came and walked my husband through all of the signs throughout the house that the plumbing had already been replaced completely with copper! The polybutylene in the attic was simply not removed. We had a few other things that needed fixing however and he sent out Martin to do the work. They both arrived promptly, Martin did an excellent job on everything, and most importantly, they were HONEST. So disappointing that the other company was attempting to take advantage of first time homebuyers. Armando and his team brought the excitement back into the home buying experience for us, and we are forever grateful.
