I have been using First Class since moving to Anchorage 8 years ago, they have replaced my Hot Water Heater, and Furnace bringing everything up to code without tacking on additional costs to my bill. They have repaired a broken pipe behind a wall and have walked me thru repairs over the phone several times. They have great prices and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Shawn

I called several places and First Class Plumbing was the only one who was able to help me. Our building was getting colder by the minute and he was here within 45 min and very fair prices. :)
Shaun and his team were able to get us in quickly and explained everything well, but not in a way to make you feel talked down to. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very clean and polite. We definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing, heating/HVAC needs.

First class? Really? They should probably change their name because all we got was a dented water heater and a giant hole in the laundry room. Most places would check the product - boxed or unboxed - for dents... and then fix the hole they put in a customer’s wall. Them? Not a damn thing. So what now? On top of hundreds of dollars dropped on a dented water heater we get to stare at a hole in the wall and a light switch plate taped to the wall. First class plumbing. HA!

Took the time to help me troubleshoot my no power issue over the phone. Saved me a service call for a simple 5 minute fix. They'll be the only ones I call from now on. Their customer service was awesome.

Same day service when other places quoted two week wait time. Very transparent on what all could happen and how much it would cost. He explained everything very well!

They were early, cleaned up, and when it wasn't completely fixed, came back the next day and made it good. Altogether they were great.
I was opening a business called a lot of plumbers there prices blew me away . When Shawn came we made a deal and he did the job fast and has helped many times since . Shawn is the dog don’t mess with the rest mess with the best first class plumbing

very friendly and professional, did great work with an incredibly fair price. installed a new water heater in less than 2 hours. most other plumbers said it would take 4-5 hours and cost upwards of $1000. definitely gonna call them back if we have any more plumbing needs.

These guys are really great. Top notch customer service, down to earth and honest to deal with. One of the few that also do after hours callouts. I would highly recommend!
Shawn and his son were busy but came out right away, (in about an hour) due to an emergency I had with a heat boiler related parts failure. He fixed what was needed in a fast. professional manner, was very knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to. It was done so quick it never got below 70˚f in the house upstairs. Much, much better than the last two plumbing companies, who were not only unprofessional but damaged more than they repaired.
We will use his company again for plumbing & heating.

Shawn installed a pressure reducing valve on our water line for us. He returned my call promptly to schedule the install, called before he came by, and arrived right on time. He completed the job quickly and showed me the work he did and explained how to adjust the water pressure and gave me some pointers on shutting off the water if I needed to.
Great service and attitude! The next time I need plumbing or heating work done I will definitely use First Class again.
