Dallen put in a pressure reducing valve for us. His estimate was at least half of all other estimates we received. He was fast, friendly, reliable, and professional, and his work came with a two-year warranty. I don’t usually do these recommendations, but he was that good.

I used my home warranty when we had a shower leak that was causing damage to our wall. Dallen and his team called me the next day to schedule and were extremely professional and even tried to do a little troubleshooting over the phone when setting up the appointment. When Dallen showed up he was very professional and even caught a second leak that was coming from our shower that I had not seen before. He fixed both leaks. In todays world it’s rare to find someone who pays attention to detail and fixes all the issues on the first appointment. Lastly, he even took a look at our water softener for me even though there wasn’t any issues with it I just wanted a second set of eyes on it to make sure it was operating properly. I will definitely be calling and referring friends and family for future plumbing needs!!

A job well done! I was having problems getting quotes from other companies, not even a best/worst case scenario rough pricing. I've been price gouged for plumbing before, and it isn't fun having to pay half-a-rent's money to install a cheap part in a toilet. He quoted a fair price, communicated his schedule well, and came over when he said he would. I would recommend to others.

I would highly recommend Upright Plumbing! I met these guys through a home warranty claim I submitted for my broken water heater. They were friendly and professional, very knowledgeable, and were nice enough to squeeze me into their schedule for same day service. The minute my claim was approved , they called me to let me know, and were at my house installing the new one within an hour. Dallen went out of his way to schedule us quickly for a pipe reroute due to a slab leak. Did a very thorough inspection to diagnose the issue and gave us a clear idea of what to expect. He and Mark worked quickly and carefully and explained everything as they went. We really appreciated that he took the time to make sure they were rerouting the best possible direction, not just the easiest. Double checked everything, took photos, cleaned up thoroughly, then showed us their work before closing up the drywall. Responded quickly to calls and messages and was always extremely polite and friendly. Offered to wear a mask before even entering our home. Overall, a very honest business that does great work. Would absolutely call again for future plumbing needs.

Dallen responded quickly and handled the claim process. From the outset, he did a great job of setting expectations. He was upfront about the estimated timeline, and possible extra costs I could incur.
