Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. If you need any plumbing or drain help, call Fuentes. You will be happy with the result.

The technician was very knowledgeable very friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. Took the time to check everything needed. It was a great experience. I recommend him for any job that you guys have.

I needed a simple barbeque conversion from natural gas to propane, but they weren't able to perform this service. My understanding is that this should be a relatively simple conversion, but they were unable to find the parts.

My theory is that their tech just took some pictures and expected to be able to order the conversion hose off of my barbeque manufacturer's website. However, I'd informed them that the barbeque manufacturer was no longer in business and they might need to do a more manual search. This wasnt communicated up the chain. Long story short, they couldn't find the parts or complete the job.

Everybody was very polite, though.

Our company has worked with Cesar’s crew for a few years now. They’re always very responsive, friendly, and very professional. As a property manager, I really appreciate their reliability and dedication to get the job done well. Cesar once cancelled a date, working late to help his crew finish a slab leak repair. That’s dedication!

I really don't like complaining about a small business - but these guys are horrible. There was a leak at the end of our street. They did the initial repair great, but then when it was found that there was a second leak....it took them another week or two to come back because they were too busy. Meanwhile, there is an open trench at the opening of our cul-de-sac street...so emergency vehicles, trash trucks, delivery trucks - any large standard truck cannot get through! We complained, and they put down plates for a whopping 3 days!

It has now been a month - they finally fixed the repair (two weeks ago) but they still haven't refilled the trench!!!! Again, we keep getting excuses of we're too busy or they will show up tomorrow - but they never do!

I called their office early the day after Thanksgiving for a clogged kitchen sink. Ruth got back to me quickly to confirm they had a team available in the afternoon. She called me again to let me know when they would be arriving. Cesar and Josh arrived and quickly assessed the problem. They began working and always maintained safety precautions.
I had purchased a disposal that caused extra work and time for them, but they came up with a solution, created new piping and completed the work as quickly as possible. They cleaned up everything and sanitized the area before leaving.
While there, Cesar also repaired a toilet and discussed another issue I have with a washer and dryer installation.
They were so friendly, professional and helpful. I will be calling them again for other work and highly recommend them!

Fuentes is the best in San Diego! I am so lucky that my landlord uses Fuentes for our apartment complex. In the last two years they have come by 2-3 times and each time they are 1) right on time 2) so considerate and 3) great at their jobs. I'm a painting contractor and my client hired these guys to fix some plumbing while we painted the house. I was very impressed by their professionalism. They came out to do the work within 24 hours of my client requesting a bid, they wore shoe covers in the house, and were very efficient while working. I would highly recommend Cesar and his crew!

Cesar was kind and diligent he came within the day to replace our old water heater. he uninstalled the old unit and installed the new one within 2 hours. Very professional.

Pablo responded to my phone call about our plumbing issue around 10pm, he was immediately responsive even during late hours. He offered to come fix the issue right away, but I let him know we don’t mind waiting until the morning. Him and his coworker arrived exactly when they said they would, called and gave me a 30 minute notice and were friendly while completing the task. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and sanitized the space where the plumbing problem took place. 5 stars for Fuentes plumbing and drain!!!

This has been one of the very best experiences i’ve Ever had with a plumber. Pablo took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, time frame, completion, etc. they even made sure to protect my floor with a runner and they wore shoe covers as well! They were neat and tidy and answered all my questions (and I had plenty) and were extremely polite and kind. This is the way to do business and that’s why they got 5 stars not only from me but everyone they’ve worked with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them not only to my family and friends, but my clients as well!

This company is always professional and efficient. The staff members are thoughtful and attentive to deal such as wearing coverings for their shoes and cleaning up after themselves with non toxic cleaners. We had a leak in the front yard that became a huge issue very quickly. They were responsive, extremely friendly and accomodating. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. They did an amazing job, the front yard actually looked even better after they were done. They even took the time to meet our dogs so that they were more comfortable and wouldn't bark as much while they were working. And they worked overtime to finish BEFORE the estimated time. Seriously, if you have anything, call them.

Caesar was great, he was very knowledgeable explained everything he was doing and most of all CLEAN!, He cleaned up everything, he left no mess and was very careful of any surroundings in the area in which he needed to work. From the first phone call I made to set the appointment to when they finished, window time given was spot on, the value was great for the service they provided, very punctual and the quality of work surpasses any other plumber I have ever used. Just bought a house and noticed water leaks. Caesar came out and started to see what was going on. This company served me on a Sunday with no up charge. It is a family owned business. The tech fixed the problem and even did further prevention methods for an extra few bucks. Caesar even walked through the house and I showed him my other concerns and he showed me what things I can do myself and what I shouldn’t. Caesar even put new threaded valves on my leaks so I can change them myself in the future. He even offered to hang my tv for a few bucks!!! Haha. Great service, very personable, and you pay per job rather than the hour. I’d use again 10/10
