As a superintendent I've been using Fabian from Fabulous Plumbing for our emergency plumbing needs. I highly recommend these guy's for all your water heater, sewage backups, pin whole leaks, pipe re-routes, they are honest and reasonable. Keep up the great work Fabulous.

At about 9:30 PM we had a leak in our master bath ceiling. Fortunately we caught it very quickly and shut off the water to the house. The next morning I contacted a neighbor that had used Fabulous Plumbing and Fabian. I got the number, and at about 8:15 AM I called Fabian. Fabian and his assistant responded in about 15 minutes. The leak was located and repaired in less than 10 minutes.

As a precautionary measure, Fabian tested our wall for moisture in the area below the leak that is also an exterior wall to our home. Fabian did this to insure that we would not have a mold problem in the future.

Our plumbing problem was resolved from to start to finish from the time I called Fabian to the time he left my house. Outstanding response time, outstanding quality of workmanship, outstanding customer service.

Needed a toilet removed and some valves replaced, which they made short work of ($150 for ~30 minutes).

Fabian was also adamant that we had asbestos in the walls, but after having it tested it came up negative.

He also recommended that we replace some of the pipes due to what I thought might be corrosion. However, a second opinion pointed out that this was simply flux, and not an issue.

EDIT: I included the cost so that others can determine if the price was reasonable or not. And the plumber didn't inform us for the potential for asbestos, he flat out told us that we had it and that we were posing a danger to our children. He not once said we should test for it.

Thank you Fabulous Plumbing for replacing our water heater in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. If you’re looking for an emergency plumber, I highly recommend these guys.
