These guys are the go to guys for water heater repair. My water heater blew a leak with water all over. I called Gordon and he walked me through how to shut my water off. He then quoted me a time frame and price to fix it and he stuck to it. They were professional and showed me how to use it and take care of it. These guys are great.

Called Gordon to ask if he could help install a hybrid water heater I purchased at Lowes the day before. He immediately interrupted me and asked what I wanted him to do. He didn't seem to understand that fact that I already purchased a water heater, and just needed to pay someone to install it. Gordon then asked what kind of heater, and I told him. He laughed in my face and said no. He said they were too complicated for him. He said, I'm an old guy and I only know old guy water heaters. Maybe he thought he was being funny, but I felt like he was being rude the whole time while I was being very polite.

These guys simply rock. Great to deal with, showed up on time and did a pro job. They were several hundred cheaper than the previous company I got a quote from And there was zero pressure between choosing Bradford vs Rheem (some companies may get a commish for pushing one or the other)

Why five stars? Well, I walked into my garage and found water pouring out of the bottom of my water heater. I immediately called The Water Heater guys (trusting the online reviews) and to my surprise, they offered to come replace the water heater right away.

Long story short, I called them at 1pm and had a new water heater installed before 4pm, the same day. Price was good for a gas heater, with no upcharges for new parts etc.

Great friendly guys... So happy I decided to give them a call!
