Pearson Plumbing & Heating

I've never personally have used Pearson's Plumbing and Heating, but i can tell you about the employees of this company. my name is Greg, and the other day i was stranded in front of Ralph's grocery store, apparently my key battery died, and i was unable to open my door. Being a young African-American male I was reluctant, and quite nervous to jerry rig my own car in fear of profiling from others that I was stealing a car. for 25 minutes I tried everything from coat hangar to pliers trying to open my door. Many people looked at me, some even stood to watch me, one passerby even got on her phone and pointed in my direction, I was frightened she was going to the call the police. thats when I noticed a Pearsons&Plumbing van park right near my car. A caucasian male with a grey beard step out of his car, he saw me struggling trying to get into my car, and offered assistant, he gave me some wedges and other tools to try to unlock the car. He even stayed with me for over and hour trying to rig the car door rod through my window gap. he even assisted me with road side assistant. I was so shook by this mans kindness and good samaritan gesture. together we finally managed to open my car after and hour and a half of struggling. I shook this man hand offered to buy him a beer, which he denied. I then proceeded to ask for his name he said Chris. This mans kindness is a reflection of this company. I hope karma awards him, and his team! I will promote his company & recommend it to anyone. thank you Chris. Your good deed will not be forgotten.
