JTL has been my plumbers for over 10 years and they always respond to my plumbing issues. Recently, I had to replace a Delta cartridge because of a leaky shower, so I called Lupe and he stopped by my home to see the problem. After inspecting, he told me what to do to remove the old parts and showed me step by step on how to install all parts. The old cartridge was stuck, so he told me how to remove it, and after a while, I was able to remove and install a brand new installation shower kit. Thanks

Today is December 23rd, 2022 …. The day before Christmas Eve. We have 4 kids … I woke up to our hot water heater busted and leaking everywhere. Called this company and I’m so thankful they had time to get us taken care of !Zack came out within 2 hours of me calling and took care of everything !The whole thing had to be replaced and he took care of it without a problem the day before Christmas Eve. ???He assured us that the old machine lasted longer than most do and it would be a quick fix. We appreciate him so much !!!!Thank you for saving us out of what we thought would be a huge problem.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. A little miscommunication in the beginning, but they came out the next morning to make the repairs and made things right at my mom's house. will be recommending them to others.

I've had to call twice for separate issues and both times Bill and the team were very responsive and the work was done well

Had them come out because we had insurance and had a leaking pipe but they turned around charged us and never did the service and turned around and tried to charge extra money. Not good people!!

I woke up to a bursted pipe in my basement and water everywhere. I reached out to Scott about 4am and asked if he could come see about this problem asap. He and his team was very responsive and arrived shortly after. They had the work done and finished very fast. They were very reasonable priced for what needed to be done. I'm conflicted writing this review. My initial experience with them was wonderful. We bought a built-in wall microwave and contacted M&R to install it and Robert came out on Sat 6/26. The trim kit we that had to buy separately (because apparently built-in microwaves are like Apple products; you end up paying double the price for accessories) did not fit the microwave correctly. Robert went ahead and installed the microwave in the wall so we could at least use it. He directed us to a website in which we could order a custom trim kit to fit the space and helped me take the measurements needed. He told me that when the trim kit came in to give him a call and he'd come out within a day at no charge to install it. He even fixed a minor issue with our refrigerator door for us. We were extremely impressed with the help he had given us. We happily paid him and thought we'd found a great business to call on for future needs.Here's where it goes downhill. The trim kit came in on Friday 7/9 in the afternoon. I called Robert to let him know we received it. It was late in the day and he said he couldn't make it out until Monday. No problem. Monday comes around. No call, no show. I call him Tuesday morning. He said was was in another area of town but he'd try to come that afternoon and if he couldn't then definitely he'd come on Wednesday. That's fine. Houston is a large city and I can understand the logistics of trying to cover a large service area. No call, no show the rest of the day. No call through the noon hour on Wednesday to let me know when he's coming. At this point I'm starting to get skeptical of his intentions. I call him on Wednesday afternoon to ask him when he thought he'd be able to be here to install then trim kit. He puts me off again and says it'd be Thursday (today as I write this). So I straight up ask him if he's planning to come back and he hangs up on me.It's hard for me to resolve the terrific service we received on the day that we paid Robert with the repeated snubs I received for something that he said he'd do for us to complete the job with no further charge. Then again, maybe it shouldn't be hard to figure that out. In any case, I'm disabled due to a neck injury and it's difficult to impossible for me to do these kinds of things myself. So now I'm left with the option of finding another business (and paying another service fee) to finish the job. No matter how fantastic the initial service was, Robert's treatment of me afterward is unacceptable and therefore I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Used economy to hydro jet a serious clog in my main drain line to the street. He got out here and was all business. Definitely the best local plumber. Good guys.

Picked up my phone call immediately. Was prompt and attentive and gave me advice on how to prevent further issues. Very helpful would highly recommend.

I had a pretty bad plumbing situation in my guest house where my disabled father resides. Because it’s so difficult to get my father to the house and up stairs a began calling every plumber I could find. Andy’s Plumbing was the only one willing to squeeze me in last minute. I’m also in a very remote area so finding someone to even make the drive was difficult. He communicated well regarding arrival time, identified a few problems that caused the issue, gave me options and at no point did I feel he was being dishonest or trying to take advantage. He appeared genuinely concerned by my situation and ultimately fixed the problem. He went in to explain some very simple and not overly expensive ways I could make some changes to avoid future problems. All around great service. I would recommend Andy’s plumbing to anyone. Oh and I haven’t had an issue since. This review is nearly a month later so I’m confident he didn’t bandaid anything.
